For those of you confused about the difference between teleporting and portaling, here is an explanation.
Teleportation is where the user moves from one point on the world to another. Simply shortcutting from one room
To another.
Portaling is a bit more complicated. The user must think of something that they associate with the world. (Like you could think of the middle finger and create a portal to UnderFell.) then physically keep that item in his mind while creating the portal. This can and will go wrong if you do not keep the mental image.
Trust me, nightmare lost a tentacle for a week once.
