Chapter 20

After Christmas break, I was waiting with Percy at the entrance of school waiting for our best friends to come. Tomorrow, classes were starting again, and I didn't really look forward to it, but what I looked forward to were the Quidditch matches of the new semester! I was so excited to start practices and games again! I was looking at the crowd of kids who were coming forward to our school for Ruby's raven hair but with no luck until I heard my name being called.

Ruby: Y/n

I heard my best friend yell, and she ran toward me before she hugged me tight. Of course, she had invited me to spend the holidays with her family, but I wanted to stay at Hogwarts for a change. I really missed my bestie the past two weeks, but that didn't change the fact that I was really mad at her. When she pulled away, I hit her in the arm, and she touched it in pain before Wood joined us 

Y/n: Did you seriously pay Ginny to make us a mistletoe?

I asked confused, and a smile formed on both their faces 

Ruby: Did it work?

She asked confused, and I smiled looking at Percy who was already smiling down at me. Then he pulled out his hand from his pocket and took mine. When Ruby showed that, she started jumping up and down in excitement, but then she stopped giving her hand to Wood

Ruby: Pay up, buddy 

She said with a smile and Wood scoffed annoyed before he handed her five galleons. How many bets did they have? Ruby took the money and started counting it with a victorious smile on her face 

Percy: Can't believe that you guys had bet on us?

He said with a laugh, and Wood nodded, regretting the fact that he dared to make a bed with Ruby. Ruby looked so happy, and she started doing her victory dance while we were walking back to the castle

Then the next day I went to Snape to get the new Quidditch program for our practices because we had a match against Ravenclaw next week. Which meant that we had to do at least four practices until the next game. I exited his office and was scanning it to see the hours to tell my teammates until to see that Wood had booked the entire week and the next week was booked by the Ravenclaws. The Gryffindors had a match against us next freaking month, until then they didn't have a single game

Y/n: This son of a bitch

I said whispering and then headed to the Great Hall to find him sitting with Percy and Ruby at the Gryffindor table. Because he was my boyfriend's best friend, and we were in a public place, I walked slowly but angrily at them 

Ruby: Oh no! Someone is in trouble 

She said singly, looking at Perce. I sat next to her, giving Percy a loving smile to ensure him that he didn't need to worry about anything

Y/n: Don't worry ginger, I am not mad at you 

I said with a smile which fainted when I turned to look at Wood, and I slammed the program on the table. He already knew why I was mad, so he didn't look surprised at all but continued eating his cereal like nothing had happened

Y/n: Are you freaking serious, Wood? The game with Ravenclaw is next week, and you book the whole fucking week when your next match is against us the next month 

I said more calmly than I expected to do and Ruby looked surprised at how I handled it too. But we were in public, and I was too tired to yell at 8 in the morning

Oliver: What do you want me to do?

He asked confused and I gave him an are-you-serious-look

Y/n: Change the fucking plan
