Chapter 50

I was fuming with anger when I learned what happened, but the person that I was mostly mad at was myself. How could I be so foolish and eat a box of chocolates filled with love potion? How I didn't notice the smell of it? I guess I was so happy about the date that I wasn't thinking straight at that moment and didn't pay much thought to it.

When I was allowed to leave the hospital wing I walked to the Great Hall furious with Percy running behind me trying to catch up with me, but I was unstoppable at that moment. Students around me were looking at me with pity and apologetic looks, but I didn't mind them at the moment. The minute I entered and spotted Flint at the Slytherin table laughing with his friends like nothing had happened, I got even angrier.

Draco had visited me at the hospital the day I woke up because he couldn't stand there and watch me unconscious and with my pale face. He said that watching me in this situation broke his heart, and he couldn't look at me without wanting to cry. The day that he found out what Flint did he was furious, and he was even more when Dumbledore forgave him and let him stay just because school was ending in four months. So the same day, he jinxed him the moment he saw him, giving him a permanent scar on his face. To say the truth, if he was in my place, then I would have done the exact same thing.

I walked up to him, picked up the first glass of pumpkin juice I found, and spilled it on his face. He gasped in shock and looked my way with anger in his eyes, trying to find the person who did it. His face fell when he saw it was me and I threw the glass on the table

Y/n: I am just too bored with living in Azkaban for the rest of my life, or I would have killed you like you tried to do with me

I made a small pause

Y/n: You disgust me, I never want to see you again in my life

I said with pure disgust and hate in my voice before turning around to just bump into an out-of-breath Percy who was resting his hands on his knees trying to catch his breath 

Percy: Ruby was right and I will never doubt her again

I rolled my eyes annoyed and too bored to comment on his words and I grabbed his hand before walking out of the room 

Percy didn't want me to leave his sigh, so we practically went everywhere together, and now that Ruby made up with Oliver it was much better for us to be all day together. Oliver and I kind of exchanged rooms, and I was spending my nights in the Gryffindor tower for two weeks now.

Percy and I will lie down cuddling on his bed staring at the enchanted roof, talking about the future and how we felt that the school was ending in a few months. The thought of never returning to Hogwarts made my heart broken because this place was literally my home. From the great memories in the Great Hall to the boring History lesson with Professor Bins, everything here was so comforting, and I loved it so much.

My now grown dog Atlas climbed on the bed and made himself comfortable between us and I smiled while watching Percy's hand travelling for my back to the small dog's head to pet him gently

Y/n: Looks like someone loves my little baby

I said, and he smiled before his eyes fell on me again 

Percy: Yeah little Atlas knows how much you love me and decided to accept it

He said, and I let out a small laugh because he didn't realise that I meant the small creature lying on our feet 

Y/n: I meant that you realised

I said, giving emphasis on the word "you" and he gave me a deathstare before I smiled 

Y/n: You are my big baby

I said, giving him a small kiss on his cheek before he smiled with a blush on his face. I rested my arms on his chest and then my head on my hand, looking at him with a smile 

Percy: Ugh Ottie, you make it so hard for someone to be mad at you

He said, and my smile grew wider before I gave him a quick peck on the lips. I lie down my head on his chest again making myself comfortable, and I heard a small offended groan leaving his mouth 

Percy: What was that?

He asked and I let out a small yawn

Y/n: I gave you a goodnight kiss now let me sleep

I said closing my eyes, but he picked me up from his chest, making me look at him

Percy: You know very well that this doesn't count Ottie 

He said, and I smiled at his childish behaviour before I started giving him small kisses to his face, not leaving a single spot until I decided to tease him more and leave his lips untouched. I looked at his red face with a victorious smile, waiting for how long he would try and contain himself, but it didn't last for long before he crashed his lips against mine

I pulled away looking at him with sleepy eyes trying to prevent the kiss becoming from a loving to an aggressive one and he smiled

Y/n: Happy now?

I asked, and he nodded before he opened his arms, gesturing me to enter

Percy: Really happy!

Months passed really fast, and before we knew it, we were almost one month away to the end of our school year. Ginger and I had a free period, so we decided to spend some time in the almost empty yard. I was sitting on the ground with my back against a tree reading a book while Percy was lying against me with his head buried on my chest, probably sleeping

After a few minutes of pure silence, someone threw their bag angrily on the ground and a furious Hermione sat next to me. I turned to her with a confused look because she was supposed to be in class

Y/n: Why aren't you in class?

I asked curious and she just rolled her eyes 

Hermione: Professor Trelawney is a lunatic who doesn't know what she is talking about. BrOaDeN yOuR mInDs tO hAvE a LoOk In ThE fUtUrE 

She said, mocking the professor's voice angrily 

Hermione: And then she told me that I didn't have it, but of course, I didn't have it if the things she was talking about didn't even exist, so I just left the class

She said crossing her arms and I looked at her surprised. Hermione Granger leaving the class in the middle of the lesson? That wasn't normal and not like Hermione at all

Y/n: Are you sure that you are Mione and not an imposter?

I asked surprised closing my book, and she gave me a deathstare 

Percy: That is the good influence you get from my dear brother by hanging out with him 

He said, informing us that he was awake and had listened to the conversation. Hermione gave him another deathstare because she wasn't in the mood for jokes 

Y/n: Well, don't pay attention to her because she indeed doesn't know what she is talking about! I mean in our third year she predicted Ruby's death and she is still alive

I said with a laugh, remembering that day and how Ruby and I had laughed our hearts out 

Hermione: She said the same to Harry too! That woman is crazy

She said with a small pause and I nodded agreeing with her

Hermione: Anyway Y/n I need your help with a potion, can you come to help me?

She asked, and I nodded gently pushing Percy off me, but he hugged me tighter 

Percy: She can help you later now she is busy with her boyfriend, Granger
