Chapter 33

*THE OTHER POV*

It was a casual morning at the burrow, and all the kids had gathered in the kitchen, eating their breakfast and talking about the trip to Egypt that would take place next week. The third son of Molly and Arthur Weasley walked into the room and sat next to his little sister while smiling at everyone 

Percy: Mom, is there any letter for me?

He asked before pouring some tea into his cup. He was still waiting for Y/n's answer for the birthday gift he gave her, but still, he had received no answer. Could Astra be lost or anything? But after a month that had passed, she should have known her way here by heart 

Molly: No dear! Bacon?

She asked with a smile before filling her son's plate with bacon, and then her husband walked through the door. He had just arrived from his late-night work and sat exhausted at one of the chairs. His wife went and kissed his cheek gently before giving him a cup of coffee

Molly: You came really late today and you seem exhausted! Eat and then go get some rest 

She said filling his plate and her husband smiled gently at her 

Arthur: Yeah, it was a really full day yesterday. We have Aurors looking for Sirius Black seriously everywhere and then Malfoy came yesterday morning making the situation worse by screaming at Fudge for the dementors outside his house. We spent the entire night trying to take them away from the Malfoy Manor 

He said while sipping some coffee and his wife looked at him confused while cooking some eggs in the pan 

Molly: Why he didn't want the dementors near his house? I thought the Malfoys were relatives of Sirius Black! Doesn't he want to protect his family?

She asked pretty curious and her husband sighed 

Arthur: Apparently some dementors attacked his daughter yesterday morning while she was horse riding just a few miles away from her house, and thank god the girl knew how to do the Patronus Charm or Merlin knows what could have happened. Malfoy was furious about the situation! I may not like him, but when it comes to my children and their protection, then I agree-

Before he was able to finish his sentence, a sound from a fork falling was heard, and everyone turned to the sound to see Percy looking at his plate in horror. Before anyone was able to say anything else, he ran to his bedroom to owl Y/n and check if she was okay. The fact that he hasn't received any letters from her since two days ago makes him worry like crazy

Arthur: Percy, are you alright?

He asked, looking at the way his son went to, and the twins let out a small laugh before exchanging knowing looks 

Fred: He just learned that his girlfriend was attacked, how do you want him to react-

But then Ginny kicked him from under the table, which made him stop and gasp in pain. Arthur and Molly looked at their children confused and shocked at the same time

Charlie: Wait Percy has a what?

Charlie Weasley asked surprised not believing his ears. Ginny turned to her parents with an innocent smile to try and save the mess her brother made

Ginny: Nothing Daddy! Just Y/n Malfoy is a really close friend to Percy, and he probably wants to see if she is alright 

She said with a smile and her father nodded 

Arthur: Oh yeah yeah I forgot about that. I am going to bed, see you later everyone

He said with a smile kissing his wife's cheek believing Ginny's bluff. He was followed by Molly to their room not convinced of Ginny's quick lie but decided to look into it later. Charlie turned to his siblings when his parents were completely gone because he wanted to learn more
