Chapter 36

The next morning I was sitting at the Gryffindor table opposite Ruby and Oliver who were arguing about which National Quidditch team is better, and I was looking at them with a smile on my face while drinking my morning coffee and reading our new DADA book. I had DADA first class and was really excited about it more than anything, ready to see Professor Lupin's teaching, but I was also waiting for ginger who had promised me we would walk to class together. But he hadn't joined us yet for breakfast, and class was in fifteen minutes. I was playing with my pink ring while going to take a sip of my cup until someone took it from me before he sat next to me. I looked at ginger drinking my coffee and gave him a deathstare 

Y/n:Thief

I complained before he handed me my cup with a smile on his face to notice that he had finished it. Ruby had finished arguing with Wood and was looking at us with a smile

Ruby: Last time I went to take a sip from your coffee, you almost murdered me 

She said, and I let out a small laugh before closing my book, putting it in my bag, and took an apple from the bowl in front of me 

Percy: Well, she loves me more 

He said, taking my apple before I was even able to take a bite. He stood up to leave while taking a bite from it. He started walking fast towards the entrance and I ran behind him

Y/n: Give me back my apple Weasley 

I yelled, running right behind him while exiting the Great Hall. He took advantage of the fact that he was taller than me and raised his hand in the air while I jumped trying to take it back. He laughed at my failure to take it back, but then I tickled him, which made him lower his hand and I grabbed the apple before running away

Percy: Now you are just playing dirty, Ottie 

He said, approaching me. I took a bite from my apple with a victorious smile on my face

When we entered our class, Percy and I sat at the first desk in the middle row with smiles, waiting for Professor Lupin to come. I noticed Flint sitting at the desk next to us, giving us glares, and I rolled my eyes before I turned to ginger. We started talking and that is when his eyes fell on the ring on my finger 

Percy: Nice ring 

He smirked at me before I smiled 

Y/n: Well, someone really handsome gave it to me 

I said, and he let out a small laugh while continued looking at the ring with a smile on his face

Percy: Is that so?

He asked, but before I was able to answer the door of the room closed and Professor Lupin entered the room with a smile on his face which grew even wider when he saw me and Percy sitting at the first desk. He gave us a polite nod, acknowledging us, before gesturing to the class to stand up. We walked to the other side of the room where it was a closet, and you could see it moving now and then. I knew what that was, that was a boggart

Remus: Could someone tell me what this is?

He said and both ginger, and I's hands raised in the air while the other students looked half asleep and barely standing. Lupin looked at us with a smile and then looked at me 

Remus: Miss Malfoy?

He said, and I looked at ginger with a victorious grin on my face while he rolled his eyes annoyed. Then I turned to the professor and started to explain what I knew about them

Y/n:That is a boggart sir! Now a boggart is an amortal shape-shifting non-being that can take the form of its observe's worst fear

I said, and the professor nodded in agreement, which meant that I was right
