*THE OTHER POV*

Draco was walking through the halls of Hogwarts, determined to find the person he was looking for so all his questions would be answered. He wanted to know if his older sister was okay. He wanted to know if she was safe and most importantly if she was happy. It had been more than five months since the last time he saw her, and his father's words about when he saw her at the ministry made him upset. He couldn't get how his parents could hate their child, their only daughter. He just couldn't get it because Y/n was always the favorite, but now she was the most hated one in just a couple of months and all she wanted was to make her life decisions and not to be made for her

He stood next to the girls' bathroom waiting impatiently for the person he just saw walk in to leave the room. When the sound of the door opening was heard and a girl with curly brown hair walked out he took her arm while covering her mouth and guided her to an empty corridor when he checked that no one else was there

Hermione: Are you freaking crazy, Malfoy?

Hermione asked angrily when he had let go of her, and Draco gestured for her to raise her voice down so no one could hear them talking. He didn't want Umbridge to let his father know that he was trying to find his sister. After he witnessed how his parents had turned their love for Y/n into hate just because she went with the blood-traitors and mudbloods side, he didn't want the same for him just because he talked with one of them

Draco: Be quiet Granger I don't want to hurt you or anything, I just have some questions for you

Hermione looked mad at him and ready to walk away, but something inside her made her stay where she was. Because the hurt on Draco's face made her know that it was about Y/n

Hermione: What?

She asked furiously while crossing her arms. Draco's smile faded when his sister came to his mind, and his eyes filled with tears, even though he tried to hold them back. He made sure that Hermione wouldn't notice it but deep down he knew that she did

Draco: It's about Y/n, I want to know where she is! If she is safe and all? I haven't heard from her for months, and I know that you know. I just want you to tell me that she is okay and if she needs any help

He asked, and Hermione's face softened while looking at him. She had completely forgotten that Y/n was Draco's older sister because since she became a part of the order no one saw her as a Malfoy but just as a person they considered their family

Hermione: I can't tell you where she is, but she is safe and alright

Draco nodded understanding why she did it and to be honest, if he were in her place he would have done the exact same to protect Y/n. He felt a weight of worry and sadness leave him when he heard his sister was okay, and a small smile appeared again on his face because her happiness was all that mattered to him at that moment. Y/n always made sure Draco was happy growing up even though their parents fought a lot for the smallest things, and it was his turn to do the same

Draco: Is she with Percy?

He asked and Hermione smiled with a nod

Hermione: Where else would she be? He is her true home

She said and Draco smiled knowingly because Percy was the only person that stood by Y/n when no one else did, and he was happy that there was someone next to his sister in the times when he couldn't be. He reached in the pocket of his robe and took out a letter before he handed it to her and Hermione noticed Y/n's name written on it

Draco: Give it to her next time you see her

He said while handing her the letter, and Hermione nodded before she took it in her hands. Draco didn't say anything else and just walked away with a smile, knowing that his older sister was okay
