Wen Qing was feeling better, and she felt well enough to talk about what happened to her. Everyone got comfortable in the little hospital room and listened to what she had to say.

"Jin Guangyao and Jin Guangshan told me that they killed my family. They said that if I wanted to live, I'd do what they told me. They wanted information on Wei Wuxian and how he made Wen Ning. I kept telling them I did not know how he got Wen Ning back. I said maybe is had a lot to do with us being in the burial mounds but otherwise I didn't know anything else. They didn't like my answers.

Jin Guangyao was Wen Ruohan's number one torture expert. He would experiment on the people in the dungeons during the Sunshot campaign. I was the one who personally dealt with a lot of the medical issues. Jin Guangshan knew of this and told Jin Guangyao that he could do whatever he wanted to me if I didn't talk. He put me in chains and stripped me of my robes, he'd burn me with a branding iron, he'd used hot chains and wrapped them around my arms and legs. I was whipped, and the whip was covered in these little spikes. There were times where I thought they would try to do something...sexually to me...as they kept me stripped from my clothes.

Luckily they did not touch me like that...though Jin Guangshan is a pig and he'd jerk off in the room and made sure I'd be wearing his fluids at least. The day Wen Ning broke free, I was so grateful, because I was tied to a table and my legs were pulled apart. I felt so violated and exposed, but no one ever touched me. Just jerked off and made me wear their fluids. It was on my face, my legs, my stomach...I just wanted to be dead at that people. I felt so gross and disgusting. When Wen Ning got me out, I was in ragged robes but I felt a bit better knowing I was covered up. I don't remember how we ended up here but all I know is that I was just glad I was free from those disgusting people..." Wen Qing explained everything.

Everyone in the room felt extremely uncomfortable, angry, and disgusted. Lan Xichen had been questioning his in Jin Guangyao, but now he knows that it is completely beyond repaired. He was the one who asked Jin Guangyao to be their spy but he never expected something like this to happen. He wanted the Jin's to pay for what they had done.

"Zewu Jun, I know you were the one who asked Jin Guangyao to be your spy but do not blame yourself as you didn't know something like this would happen," Wen Qing said.

"I am sorry this happened to you, and when we return, I will make sure you get the justice you deserve. I will make Jin Guangyao pay for what he has done," Lan Xichen said.

"While I was locked up, Jin Guangyao just started talking about everything to me. He said I'd die anyway so he felt comfortable spilling his secrets. He said he told Su She how to place the Hundred Holes Curse. He gave songs to Su she from a book called Collection of Turmoil, and he said that it was him and Su She who plotted the Jins' deaths. It was them who caused Wuxian to lose control at Nightless City and it was Jin Guangyao who told Jiang Yanli how to find Wuxian there. He even brought her there," Wen Qing explained.

Wei Wuxian suddenly felt the room feeling overcrowded and suffocating, "I need a moment," Wuxian said and stormed out. Wangji followed him to make sure he'd be okay.

"I know this is a lot but this is the truth," Wen Qing said.

"We believe you," Lan Xichen said, "I promise you, I will do what I can to help you. It is to make up for what happened to you and your family. I cannot bring them back but I can get them justice. Jin Guangshan might be dead but I will not let Jin Guangyao get away with all this."

"Thank you, Zewu Jun," Wen Qing said.

"It will take a lot of time to overcome the trauma that you have endured," Xiao Zhan said, "while you are here, I would not mind letting you talk to me whenever you need to. It is my job to help survivors such as you."

"Survivors?" Wen Qing questioned, "don't you mean victims?"

"I prefer survivors, as a lot of those who have suffered from a big ordeal do not like being called victims," Zhan said, "so I think it's better to call them survivors as they survived such a traumatic experience. Now they have time to recover and heal."

Wen Qing nodded, "I suppose it's a better term," she said and sighed, "will A'Ying be okay?"

"I'm sure it will take some time for him to calm down but Wangji is with him," Zhan said, "Wangji seems to do a good job at calming Wuxian down."

"I know when I was living in the burial mounds with him and my family, Wuxian would always be talking about either his sworn siblings or Lan Wangji. I could tell he missed them. There was a time when Lan Wangji visited and I could tell that A'Ying didn't want him to leave. I talked to him later that evening and he said that Lan Wangji was a righteous cultivator and should not even consider associating with him. I could tell how hurt he was when he let him go. Seeing them together now actually makes me feel happy for them. A'Ying needs him, and I hope he keeps him close," Wen Qing explained.

"I will also make sure that my brother and Wuxian are together and have nothing to worry about," Xichen said.

"Did Wangji tell you that he asked Wuxian to marry him?" Xiao Zhan asked.

"No, but if he did, I am happy for them," Xichen said.

"I know one of Wuxian's worries is probably your Uncle and your sect rules," Zhan told him.

"I will sit down with Wangji and Wuxian soon and talk to them about everything. At the moment, they need a moment to calm down after hearing all this today," Xichen said.

"I appreciate you being considerate for them, Zewu Jun," Wen Qing said, "I see A'Ying as my Didi, just as I would see Wen Ning. All I want is for him to be safe and happy."

"How about you and I work together to make that happen?" Xichen asked, "and to start, I think you can just call me Xichen."

"Okay," she said and looked at him, "are you...trying to flirt with me?"

"Huh?" Xichen asked and looked away from her as his face turned pick as he felt a bit flustered.

"Never mind," Wen Qing replied with a teasing tone in her voice. Xiao Zhan and Yibo felt that the two were actually hitting it off pretty well. They were hoping that the two would have something good happen between them out of all that they went through.
