Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

Viridian City

After an hour or two, we finally make it to Viridian City. We were the first ones out of the huge group of kids. Luis: "Alright!" "Yeah! We finally made it! Now we can go eat food -" I then trip on my own feet and stumble onto the ground. Luis: "Are you ok?" He helps me up. "Yeah, im good." I had a small scrape on my elbow, other than that, i was good.

We end up buying some Hot Dogs from someone who were selling them at a food vendor, or whatever they're called and find a place to relax. Luis: "Next time, it's my turn to treat." Luis takes a bite of his hot dog. After a while of chewing on my hot dog, I finally respond. "I'll take you up on that offer." Our pokemon them jump on the table. "Done already?" Dang, im a fast eater, but they somehow beat me... Luis: "i had a sudden thought... what are hot dogs made from?" We both then pause before lowering our hot dogs onto the plate. "I dont know... but it sure tastes good." I finish my hot dog and stand up. "Ok! Let's start training." Luis: "Shouldn't you let your food go down first, at least?" I look at Luis. "Well, it's getting dark, and i wanna train before it is too late." Luis  he stands up. Luis: "Fair enough."

We then run past people and pokemon, heading to Route 22.

Luis: "Finally..." Luis starts to slowly crawl through the tall grass, stalking the pidgey as if it was his prey. "What are you doing?" Luis jumps up and turns to me, surprised. Meanwhile, the Pidgey Flys away. Luis: "Dang it!" Luis stands up, and looks at me a little ticked off. Luis: "I was about to catch the Pidgey you scared off." "Huh? What Pidgey?" I look around, and see a Pidgey flying away in the distance with a few others. "Oh, never mind." I then see a monkey pokemon hang off of the tree from ots arms, looking at us. Luis grabs his pokedex immediately... Luis: "It's a Mankey." "Nice." The Mankey then gets enraged for no reason and starts thrashing about. "What the heck?!" We take step back, and I send out Ben, while Luis's Pikachu jumps off his shoulder.

The Mankey then gives a screech, and we cover our ears. Luis: "Um..." We then hear a loud screech from behind the mankey to see a whole group of them charging at us. Luis: "PIKACHU RUN!" I grab Ben, and we all start running away.

After a little while, we hide behind a huge rock. We only have a few seconds before they catch up. "Let's make net!" I send out Buzz, and Luis looks at me confused before smiling. He sends out his Caterpie, and we make a net made from String Shot. We throw it up immediately, and the mankey's get trapped inside. Well, at least most of them. 3 Mankeys that didn't get trapped then attack us with scratch. "Ben, Vee! use Tackle!" I send out Ben and Vee charges. The Mankey's get hit and get pushed back. "Good job!" I turn around to see Luis's Pikachu use Thunder Shock on the trapped Mankey. Luis turns to me. Luis: "What? Im just paralyzing them." I turn back to my battle. "Vee now use Helping hand! Ben tackle!" A Mankey then faints, making the battle fair.

I then turn around as a bright light starts to emit from both Caterpie and Buzz. They then change form... and Evolve! I check my pokedex. "Buzz evolved into a Kakuna!" Luis: "Caterpie is now a Metapod!" We both fist bump each other. We hear steing snap and turn around to see the mankey's escaping. Glaring at us, they turn Tail and run back. Luis: "That was a close one... o thought we were dead meat." I nod. "Yeah, same." So we get our pokemon and leave, no that it was sunsetting. "Man, what an adventure today turned out to be." I smile.

So basically, after that, me and Luis go back to Viridian city and heal up our pokemon before renting a room to rest in for the night.

The Next Morning...

I wake up to Vee jumping on my stomach. "Hey..." I Yawn amd stretch while sitting up on my bed. I grab my phone and check the time. It's 7:42 am. It's not too late. "Luis, wake up!" I get up my bed, and yet Luis is still asleep. Pikachu's ears go up as walk closer. "Oh, buddy. You dont mind zapping him, do ya?" Pikachu stretches and nods. Me and Vee take a few steps back before Pikachu unleashes a Thunder Shock onto Luis. Luis wakes up. Luis: "What the heck, Pikachu?!" He grabs the pillow and hits Pikachu softly with it. Everyone starts laughing. "Sorry! I told Pikachu to zap you." is smile  I start to put on my jacket and my bag. Luis then lunges out of his bed with the pillow in his hands. Luis: "Imma attack you!" He swings the pillow, and I block it. "Haha. Yeah, anyways i was thinking we could get a head start of everyone else and get to the gym." Luis: "Yeah, i guess that makes sense."

So u wait for Luis to change and we so we give back the keys to the room to Nurse Joy and leave for the Gym.

"Why isn't it open?" Once at the gym, we wait outside for a whole hour, and it never opens. Even some other people came and waited... but yet, the gym doors never opened. "Let's go, Luis." Luis: "Huh? Maybe the gym leader is running late -" I interrupt before he can finish his sentence. "Past Viridian forest there is another gym." I show my Google maps, and Luis looks at it. Luis: "I see... well, i guess we can come back another time." We leave the gym and head for Viridan forest.
