Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

Beedrills Bee Buzzing

While we head to the forest, we end up bumping into Rylee. We explain how the gym is closed, and we're going to go to the Pewter City gym. Rylee: "Oh...ok! Well, then, i'll just tag along with you!" "O-ok?" With that, the three of us walk into viridan forest. Luis: "I wanna catch a pokemon here..." Rylee: "Wait, you haven't caught a pokemon yet?" Rylee's head turns to Luis. Luis: "No, i have! I caught a Caterpie, and it evolved into a Metapod!" Luis sends out Metapod. "Yeah. I caught a Weedle, and he evolved into a Kakuna." I send out kakuna. Rylee looks at our two bug pokemon. Rylee: "They aren't moving." Me and luis give a glance to each other. "Well... they are Cacoon pokemon, and they aren't supposed to move."

Rylee then looks up and sees Vee. She then gets closer to Vee, and carries it. Rylee: "You're so cute and fluffy!" Both Vee and Rylee smile. How adorable! ... Rylee turns to me and smiles. I MUST PROTECT THAT SMILE! I smile nervously back to Rylee. Vee then jumps out of Rylee's arm and onto my shoulder. Rylee: "Anyways, let's continue to head through the forest." Rylee starts to walk deeper into the forest with her Jigglypuff following close by her. Luis and I follow closely but not close enough for her to hear.

Luis: "Do you like her or something?" I shrug. "No, but some of the things she does are kinda cute." Luis punches my shoulder lightly. Luis: "Whatever you say." We catch up to Rylee.

Luis: "So, what pokemon do you have, Rylee?" Rylee turns to us. Rylee: "Oh yeah. These are my pokemon." She throws a pokeball into the air, while her Jigglypuff jumps in front of her. Then a Bulbasaur emerges from the pokeball. Rylee: "I know it isn't the best, but it's the best we can do so far." Me and Luis nod. Luis: "Nice." "Bulbasaur? It looks kinda cool! I like it!" I pet Bulbasaur, and it slaps my hand away with a Vine. "Hey- I was just petting you." Rylee then walks to Bulbasaur and croutches down. Rylee: "He is a friend. Don't worry." Bulbasaur looks at Rylee before turning to me and bowing its head to the ground. Rylee: "Bulbasaur is saying sorry." "No, it's ok. I don't blame you for reacting that way." Bulbsaur then looks up, and Rylee returns it. Rylee: "Well-" A rustle from the trees then interput Rylee.

We look at the tree and see a Beedrill fly forward at us. We look around and see multiple red glowing eyes staring at us. Luis: "Uhh..." "Is this another ambush?" We all send out our pokemon and get ready to defend ourselves from the hard of pokemon. Rylee uses her pokedex. Rylee: "They are Beedrill!" The Beedrill then charge at us. "Buzz! Use Harden!" I puck up Buzz ad use it as a Shield ad the beedrill's attack us. Luis: "Good idea! Metapod harden!" We then put them in our bags and start to run away.

The beedrill's chase us. "Dang it!" A beedrill then goes to sting Luis in the back, but from his metapod, Luis doesn't get hurt. Luis: "Yeah! How do you like that?!" The beedrills then get angry and fly faster. Rylee: "Why did you do that?!" Luis shrug. We then fall off a cliff into a small valley. The beedrills stop giving chase and go back into the forest. Luis: "That was so close..." All panting, we decide to relax... with some new scratches on our legs and arms, we use Buzz to stop someone of the bleeding with string shot. Rylee: "Thank you, Ethan." Rylee looks at me and rubs her face, getting some dirt off. "No problem." Luis: "Well, now we know the dangers of Beedrill." Both me and Rylee give Luis a sharp glance. Luis: "What? Oh, right." He sighs.

After a little while, we leave and head north of Viridan city. We end up finding a berry tree, and get some of the berries for us to snack on. Luis: "They are kinda small..." Rylee: "Yeah, oran berries are small, but they heal pokemon's hp, so thats good." Both me and Luis look at each other before we both collect some more. Luis: "Let's save some for later." "Yup." I pick off a few berries. Rylee: "Well, anyways, when you guys are ready." Rylee stands up and dusts herself off. When we are done collecting some of the berries, we start to walk though the forest again

Now using google maps, we head to Pewter City, but then my phone turns off randomly. I try to turn it on, but it doesn't turn on. I think it died... "Um guys...?" Both Luis and Rylee turn their heads to me. "My phone died." Rylee looks at me confused while Luis sighs. Rylee: "Is it a problem?" Me and Luis turn to Rylee and stop walking. Luis: "Well, he was the one with google Maps..."Yeah, now without it, we're lost." Rylee looks at both of us and laughs nervously.
