Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

Vs Koga

Koga: "Go Koffing!" "Flora lets go!" We both throw a pokeball forward and get ready for eachother to attack. After a few seconds of both of us not doing anything I decided to do something. "Fine then. Lets make the first move- Flora use Acid!" Flora shoots its poison liquid at Koffing. Koga: "Dodge it and use Smokescreen." Koffing easily dodges the attack and releases its smokescreen, this causes me to not be able to see the battlefield. Luckily I have some experience with this kinda situation! I just gotta blow it away!

"Flora start spinning!" Flora spins and the smokescreen starts to blow away, revealing the battlefield and the pokemon once again. "Yeah Flora!" Koga: "Koffing use Sludge." Koffing shoots out some sludge and it slams straight into Flora. "Flora now use Sunny Day!" The sun then brightens outside and the sunlight shiens through the windows. "Now Flora i want you to jump up and use Acid!" Koga: "Koffing use Smokescreen." While Koffing makes a Smokescreen Flora jumps up and spills Acid all over the battlefield. The invisible walls are now painted on Flora's Acid along with the floor. Koga: "Explosion." "Flora dodge it!" I huge Explosion then sets off in the middle and smokescreen, liquid Acid, and Flora goes flying. Flora crashes into a wall next to me. "Flora you good?" Flora nods slightly and gets up. I think with Flora's Chlorophyll ability she was able to run to a certain paint of distance, which caused her to stay at a low amount of Hp.

"We're good!" Koga grunts. Koga: "I see then- Go Golbat." His Golbat then appears from behind him and flies quickly towards Flora. "Solar Beam!" Flora fires the Solar Beam but it misses, only a few inches away from Golbat. Koga: "Air Cutter." "Dodge em'!" Golbat's Air Cutter goes at Flora but she dodges them with ease. Flora then trips and falls over. Koga: "Quickly. Use Astonish." "Use Acid!" Before I can blink Golbat charges at Flora and strikes her. Flora falls over and faints. "You did very good..." I return Flora. "Not bad!" Koga looks at me confused but then nods in acknowledgment. "Pixy use Iron Tail on the ground!" I throw Poxy's pokeball out and she then slams her tails onto the ground. Using this she stands on her tail, making where the Acid doesn't reach her. "Now Flamethrower!" Koga: "Confuse Ray." Pixy shoots her flames out and it hits Golbat. But once the Flamethrower ends a bright light flashes from Golbat. Pixy starts shaking her head and thrashing about. She got confused.

"Pixy? Fine then return." I return Pixy. This way just can get her to recover from her confusion. I then hesitate as I pick a pokeball. Koga: "You choose to play it safe huh?" I nod as a drop of sweat rolls off of my chin. "Yeah. Im taking no chances." I then throw a Pokeball at Golbat as hard as I can. "Slash!" Koga: "Use Wing Attack." Scar comes into and extended his wing out. With Golbat found the same, both pokemon strike eachother. But, Golbat falls to the floor, fainting. "Thats it Scar." The bright light from outside then fades to normal. Sunny Day has ended. Koga: "Ethan?" I look up from the battlefield and to Koga. "What is it?" Koga: "I havent thanked you for the Acid on the field?" Acid in the field...? "Huh? That is supposed to damage any pokemon that steps on it..." Koga smiles. Koga: "Not unless they are sludge themselves!" He tosses a pokeball but when it opens I don't see anything come out. It must be Muk or Grimer.

Wait. That means it can attack from literally anywhere at any moment. "Scar fly up a bit." Scar does exactly as I say and then I see the Acid under him moves. Koga: "Use Sludge on the Scyther's wings." "Scar get outta there!" The pokemon then fires sludge into Scar's wings and they stop flapping. With this Scar lands on his feet onto the Sludge... or in this case Koga's pokemon! Koga: "Now use Acid Armor and Disable." "Scar use Slash!" Scar then turns to me confused. "Huh?" Koga: "Muk use Sludge." Scar then gets wrapped up around the Muk and gets sludge on. Scar then goes limp. Scar has fainted. "What the-" Koga: "Every action you make can cost you a win or lose." I pause, and look around. I can possibly send out Pixy. It can only use Iron Tail for so long... but Max can make a floor mat and protect itself from the Sludge.

"Well then- I wont make any mistakes then! Max make a Invisible Floor!" Max comes out and Stamps his hands onto the floor. He than does a hand stand and smiles. "No Max... right now isnt the time for some tricks." Koga: "Muk use Poison Gas." "Max now make a barrier around you!" Max then slaps the air around him before he gives me a thumbs up. The purple gas floats around Max's walls. "Well then. I should tey out Max's new move. Role Play!" Max then snaps and then he looks at Muk. What did he even get...? I grab ny pokedex. Sticky Hold?

Koga: "Fine then we will just wait. Use Acid Armor." I got an idea! "Max! Use your hands and oush against a wall! Then stand on it and slide on the acid!" Max pushes against the wall and I think it becomes undone. With the wall still stick to Max's hand, he then runs and uses it to Slide on the Sludge. Koga: "Rise." Muk then gets up and Max goes flying. "Grab onto the ceiling!" Max then grabs the ceiling with his finger tips. "Now use Psybeam under you!" Max uses his other hand and uses Psybeam. Koga: "Muk use Poison Gas." As Muk gets hit, it releases the purple gas around the air. "Fine then- Max let go and use Magical Leaf!" Max lets go of the ceiling and falls onto the Acid floor. Max becomes poisoned during the process. Max then uses his Psychic powers and forms leaves before firing them across the floor. Muk flinched. Koga: "Now finish it with Sludge." "Max use Psybeam towards me!" Max shoots the Psybeam at me, meanwhile Muk covers Max in its sludge before using ... well, Sludge. The Psybeam then bounces off of the invisible from earlier and it goes straight back, hitting Muk. Both pokemon have fainted.
