Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

The third trainer

Gym Trainer: "Nidoking use Peck!" Nidoking charges forward at Flora. "Flora use Attract!" Nidoking then stops infront of Flora. It worked. Well I mean obviously. Nidoking then picks up Flora. "Sunny Day and Solar Beam." Gym Trainer: "Drop her!" Flora then makes the sun peer out if the nearby windows and Flora uses it to fire Solar Beam at Nidoking. Nidoking falls back from the attack, letting go of Flora. "Again." Gym Trainer: "Nidoking! Use Horn Drill!" Nidoking doesn't listen and yet again moves to Flora. Right as Nidoking gets its face close it Flora, Flora shoots the solar beam and Nidoking crashes into the ground. "... Did your Nidoking try to kiss Flora?" The Gym Trainer: "I think so." We both look down and see Nidoking still on the ground. Nidoking has fainted. "Nidoking is one tough pokemon." Gym Trainer: "Oh thanks." She returns her pokemon and grabs another pokeball.

Gym Trainer: "Go Golbat!" Golbat cokes out and accidentally crashes into a invisble wall. "Return. Now go Pixy!" Pixy comes out and like Golbat crashes into the invisible wall. "Yeah, i think we should've told our pokemon about the invisible wall..." Gym Trainer: "Golbat use Confuse Ray!" Golbat flashes a bright light. "Look away!" It was too late though. Pixy then starts acting aggressive and starts to shake herself. "Dang it-" Gym Trainer: "Ha ha! Now use Wing Attack!" I let Golbat strike Pixy with Wing Attack. "Pixy use Iron Tail!" Pixy snaps out of confusion and slams Golbat against the wall with its 9 tails. "Yeah Pixy!"

"Now jump back and use Flamethrower!" Gym Trainer: "Golbat dodge it!" Pixy jumps back and blows her Flames onto Golbat. Golbat falls over and faints. Gym Trainer: "Golbat, return." She looks up at me and sighs. Gym Trainer: "Don't think you won just yet!" She throws a pokeball and a Koffing comes out. Gym Trainer: "I know i cant beat you... but I'll make sure Koga can! Explosion!" Explosion?! "Use Roar!" Pixy uses Roar and sends Koffings flying back, Koffing explodes and part of the gym wall breaks. Both me and the Gym Trainer pause for a few seconds. "I did not mean for that to happen...?" Gym Trainer: "No its ok. This is pretty common actually." Wait what? So this happens like all the time? "Oh. Well im sorry." Gym Trainer: "Don't sweat it. Now you go to Koga and show him your skills." "Ok. I will." I return Pixy and I start running. I end up forgetting about the invisible walls so I crash into one. "Gad darn it!"

Now how am I supposed to beat Koga with 4 pokemon when 2 of the are already weak from earlier battles... this puts me at a disadvantage. But that is the name of battles. To win no matter how bad things get on your side.

"I'm coming for you Koga!" I finally walk into the Gym Leader's room and he is... talking? I then notices a second figure next to him. Koga: "-Yes, i would also like to thank you for the maze you made." I walk forward and get a good look. Why is Koga talking to Sabrina from Saffron City. Sabrina: "No problem. If something happens call me and my Mr. Mimes, and we will be right over." So I was right, Mr. Mimes did make them walls. Koga: "Mhm." Sabrina seems to barely notice me. Sabrina: "Oh hey Ethan." Koga turns around. Koga: "Hm? Ethan?" I nod. "Yeah?" Koga: "So you have come for a pokemon battle, yes?" "Why else would i be here?" Sabrina smiles and starts to float upwards. Sabrina: "Well theb. You to have fun. Good luck Ethan." "Thank you." I wave bye to her and I turn back to Koga who... is no where to be seen. "Huh? Koga?" I turn around and there he is upside-down. Koga: "Well then shall we start?" "Y-yeah." I run elsewhere with my arms sticking out until I touch a invisible wall.
