Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

A walk at Route 12

"What the heck is this Snorlax doing here?!" Luis: "Idk. Why do you ask questions we can't answer?" I shrug, and Vee jumps off of my shoulder and onto Snorlax's belly. "Hey Vee. Careful." Vee smiles and starts using Snorlax as a trampoline. After a few seconds I see Luis slowly turn to me, with a mischievous smile. "No don't you dare." Luis: "Why is Vee bouncing on Sn-" I slap Luis. "WHAT DID I JUST SAY?" Luis puts his hand on his face, and gives a cheeky smile. Luis: "That was worth it." I cross my arms. "Shuddup." Luis only snickers, and we stay silent afterwards.

"Ok but, seriously. How are we gonna get past this thing?" Luis: "Idk. I mean we could battle it." Vee jumps off of Snorlax and onto my shoulder. "I dont think we should... what about the bridge?" Luis turns to me. Luis: "So what do you think we should do? Use Surf without any of our pokemon knowing surf?" I sigh. "Ben knows surf but i don't have the badge to do it on water. But, still. I'm just saying we should just try and be careful to not destroy the bridge." Luis pauses. Luis: "Fine. Lets just get this over with." Luis throws a pokeball upwards and his Gyarados comes out. Luis: "Gyarados use Hydro Pump!" The Hydro Pump hits Snorlax. Yet, the Snorlax didn't wake up... "Huh... That's weird." Luis: "Gyarados again!" Gyarados shoots another Hydro Pump but Snorlax doesn't do anything. "Alright Luis, you can stop now. Lets just go around. Max lets go." I send out Max and he looks at Snorlax before looking back at me. "Can u make a pathway for us to go around... like woth your invisble walls?" Max nods, and puts his hands onto the... ground (?) before he walks on the invisible floor. Luis: "Alright." We walk around the Snorlax and smile. "Thank you Max. Return." Max gives a thumbs up, and goes into the pokeball. Luis: "Why didn"t you get that idea earlier?" I shrug. "I dunno."

We continue through the path for about 2 hours until we decide to break.

"My feet are killing me." Luis: "Alright. Lets eat lunch then we can get back onto the road." I pause. "I didn't bring food..." Luis looks at me concerned. Luis: "What?! I thought you said you did!" I jump up onto my feet. "Yeah i did yesterday, because we went to go eat some pizza for dinner." Luis: "I thought you bought more..." "No." Luis groans. "Well... Actually. I have this Burger from earlier." Luis looks up at me. Luis: "Well then, you eat. We can get on the road afterwards." "What about you?" Luis scratches his head. Luis: "I'll be fine i guess. We only have a few miles left." I shrug, and dig into the burger. I eat most of the burger but Vee eats the last piece. "Alright, i'm ready to go..." Why is he fishing? Wait, when did he get a fishing pole? Luis then looks up at me. Luis: "Hm? Finished?" I put the burger wrapping into my bag. "Yeah." Luis's line then tugs. Luis: "Alright!" He got a bite! Luis pulls the rod as hard as he can, and a Magikarp erupts from the water. "Ah... a Magikarp." Luis: "A Magikarp..." The magikarp frees itself from the hook and flops around on the deck. "Well then... wanna head out?" Luis nods, and the Magikarp jumps into the water.

Once Luis packs his fishing rod into his backpack (Don't ask how) we both leave the area and move forward.

Luis: "So where are we again?" I grab my phone. "... I actually have no idea." Luis face palms himself and sighs. Luis: "Ok well where are we on google maps?" I shrug. "Like i said, I don't know." I show Luis my phone and our location on the map seems to be elsewhere. Luis: "Lemme use my phone." Luis pulls out his phone, but it doesn't turn on. Luis: "Dang it. It's dead." "How is it dead?!" Luis: "I was playing games on my phone earlier." I cross my arms. "Great." Luis tries to turn his phone on again. But, it is still dead. "Well that means we will have to continue this Bridge and hope for the best." I start walking but Luis grabs my shoulder. Luis: "Which way are we supposed to go...?" "...This way?" Both Vee and Luis look at eachother. Luis: "How can you be so sure?" I shrug. "I'm not. But wherever we are heading, there should be land eventually. It doesn't go on forever." At least I don't think so. Luis: "Fair enough."

So we walked for about 2 hours and yet we were nowhere near land (That we know of).

Luis: "Man, I should've caught that Magikarp." I look at Luis. "Why? You already have a Gyarados?" I hear Luis's stomach Growl. Luis: "I'm Hungry." "Your not eating Magikarp." Luis groans. Pikachu looks at Luis and jumps from his shoulder to me shoulder. Now Vee is standing side by side with Pikachu. Luis: "Pikachu?" "Luis. Your moving too much for Pikachu to stay balanced." Luis: "I'm moving too much?" I nod. "Mhm." Pikachu and Vee then both jump off my shoulders and start running infront of us. "Hey wait!" Vee then turns around and jumps up and down with excitement. Luis: "I think they found something." "Right then. Let's go!"
