Resting Day

After the rampage in the Stadium, it closes for the rest of the day to clean and fix some of the Stadium as Gyarados destroyed it.

Most of it were chairs but the debris left from the the aftermath could be a bit dangerous.

They announced that they we would pick off from where we left the tournament from, tomorrow. Meaning we got the rest of the other half of the day to do whatever.

We got a room and Luis decided to take a shower to try and drown away his anger. Leaving me, Rylee, Pyrafox and Rjpro outside.

Pyrafox: "-Yeah... I can see how he is angry." We all lean against the wall, the Shadow of the building covering us.

Rylee: "... Yeah." We all go silent. What do we do now? The League is going to be in hold...

And to be fair, I am not in a battle mood right now...

Rjpro: "Should we train?" Pyrafox looks at Rjpro and nods. Rylee: "Good idea! Ethan, wanna join?"

I shrug. "Nah... not really. Go on without me." Vee then looks at me and hops off my shoulder. She then goes to Rylee. "Watch Vee for me, alright?"

The others then glance at me shocked that declined. But then nod and leave all together. I then hop onto my phone.

Training isn't the only way to get stronger. I need a new strategy for Pyrafox when I get to him...

For the rest of the day, the other seem to train while I read inside, trying to brainstorm some ideas for Attack Combos.

I then find Luis. Him a bit frustrated. Luis: "Oh. Its you." "Hey. You feeling better?" He turns away. Luis: "Shut up."

Luis then sits in the bed. Luis: "But yeah... somewhat better." "Well that's good." Pikachu then comes out of the Kitchen and hops next to Luis.

Luis pets Pikachu softly. Luis: "Ethan." "Yeah? Something wrong?"

Luis: "You better not lose the League. You here me?" Pikachu nods. "That's the plan." Luis: "Yeah... not like me." Luis grabs onto the edge of the bed and grips it.

I nod, even though he can't see me.

Yeah... I can't lose. Especially now that Ben and I have mastered Mega Evolution. The only threat here is Pyrafox and his Charizard.

If we can beat him... Then we will win the rest.

I know it.

I then hop into bed. "Imma go to sleep." Luis: "Already? It is still pretty early." I pull the Blanket over me. "Yeah. But tomorrow is when it's gonna get serious."

"And, I may need as much rest as I can possibly get." Luis: "Yeah... I guess thats true. Battling while tired won't do any good."

Luis sighs, stands up and turns off the light. I then turn over.
