Giving a Helping Hand 2

"Pyrafox?!"

As soon as I step foot into the building, I recognize Pyrafox and his Charizard. They seen to be in a battle against a Rhydon.

But who is the opponent? And Why is he fighting in this building condition?!

Some of the wall falls over and finally reveals the opponent.

"Giovanni?!"

I gotta help Pyrafox!

I start running forward but a huge piece of the building falls infront of me, some pebbles fall on my head and I look up to see a huge piece of the ceiling rubble falling towards me.

"Vee! Go!"

I grab and throw Vee as I jump forward.

"ARGHH!!!"

My leg then gets caught in the rubble and Vee falls and skids against the ground, sliding next to Pyrafox.

With my leg crushed under the rubble I struggle to get my leg out, screaming as pain surges through my leg. I then grit my teeth and grab a pokeball.

"M-Max go! Make a Wall above us!" I send Max out and he immediately gets to work, making a huge Invisible Wall to protect us from the crumbling building above us.

"Pixy! Iron Tail!"

I send Pixy out and she does a quick sweep of the rubble above my leg, weakening it.

She then smashes a huge pieces with her Tail and I look down at my leg to see some cuts, blood and some scratches.

"D-darn it..."

Max and Pixy's eyes then both go wide as they see my leg, blood on it.

I try to stand up but I struggle, so Pixy helps me up and together I limp towards Vee.

Pyrafox: "Ethan! What are you doing?!" Pyrafox runs towards me, abandoning the battle.

"I came to check on the gym! I didn't know you were in here until a few seconds ago!"

Pyrafox: "Dang it- One second! I gotta finish something-"

Pyrafox then runs back, avoiding some of the rubble and then he presses onto a huge ring that wraps around his wrist.

It the shines as he presses onto the small sphere on it.

It radiates energy and light. Charizard then does the same, and after a few seconds of that-

It stops and a huge burst of energy shoots out, revealing a different Version of Charizard.

It bares Blue fire and features more of a dragon type look, making it look bad-ass yet, a bit intimidating.

"What the...-?!"

Rhydon then uses Earthquake but Charizard flies up, avoiding the attack.

Pyrafox: "Now, Charizard finish it with Dragon Claw!"

Charizard then flies forward, it's claws extended as it makes Aura-like claws for itself.

Rhydon tries to dodge but Charizard then swings its other claw in and Rhydon gets topples backwards.

Giovanni: "Fine then! Use Horn Drill!"

The Rhydon then rotates its drill quickly and charges at Charizard. Pyrafox: "Fly up!"

Charizard avoids the attack after pushing Rhydon into the ground after turning back around.

Giovanni: "Rock Slide!" The ceiling the crumbles and falls over and ontop of Charizard.

Pyrafox: "Charizard! Get up!" Charizard breaks free of the rubble, and it turns back to Rhydon right next to it, Horn Drill ready to hit it.

Pyrafox: "Now Seismic Toss!"

Charizard then keeps it at bay with its arms and then swiftly turns it over and slams it into the ground.

Rhydon then uses its strength and starts to push it off the ground, with Charizard on it.

Giovanni: "Now turn and use Mega Punch!"

Pyrafox: "Dodge it!"

Rhydon then stomps onto Charizards Tail and with it unable to escape, Charizard gets hit by Mega Punch hard into the side of its face.

It then stumbles back and falls over, weak. Rhydon stomps over it, making sure it is unable to get up.

Charizard tries to get up, but struggles.

Giovanni: "Lets end the battle! Horn Drill!"

"Vee! HELPING HAND!"

Vee then chants for Charizard and in an instant Pyrafox turns and nods at me.

Pyrafox: "DRAGON CLAW!"

With the Help of Vee, Charizard uses its strength to push up and fly up before flying back down, it's Claws extended.

Charizard then swings its huge Dragon Claw at Rhydon and after the hit... Rhydon stops struggling to get up.

Rhydon has fainted.

At the same time, the building seems to stop crumbling altogether.

I then look back at Charizard and it shines once more before changing back into its original form.

"WHAT?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!!"

Pyrafox sighs in relief and nods at Vee with a smile. He then does the same to me.

Giovanni grunts and walks towards Pyrafox, his Fist clinched in anger. Pyrafox stands still, staring straight at Giovanni, showing no hint of fear.

Giovanni: "Fine then..."

Giovanni tosses a small coin object at Pyrafox. Pyrafox catches it, and Giovanni returns his Rhydon before walking off.

Giovanni: "I will be back one they though Pyrafox. I promise you that." Giovanni then dissapears into the shadows, Pyrafox now standing alone with Charizard in the clearing.

Officer Jenny: "HEY KID! GET OUTTA HERE!" Officer Jenny then grabs my arm and drags me away and out of the building. "W-wait!"
