Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

A Heated Battle... Twice.

"Ok then! Time to test the new attacks I just got!" I throw a pokeball forward and Flora come out. Flora look straight at Onix. Onix moves back a little. "I guess I found out Flora's hidden ability... Intimidate." Bruno: "Um... no. But why is your Flora staring into my Soul?!" I chuckle. "That's normal! Flora does that!"

Bruno sighs. Bruno: "Ok then! Onix use Sand Tomb!" "Flora jump!" Flora avoids the attack and runs forward. Bruno: "Onix use Iron Tail!" Onix swings it's tail at Flora and lands the hit. Flora goes flying backwards. "We got this Flora! Come on now use Attract!" In a second Onix falls in love with Flora. Bruno: "Onix?" "Now use Solar Beam!" Bruno shouts out multiple attacks but Onix doesn't follow through with them. Flora sends the beam at Onix. Bruno: "Ok then! Explosion!" Onix gets hit by the attack and explodes. Flora gets flying backwards and crashes into the ground. "Drat... Flora seems to be very low. She won't won't able to go on longer." Bruno: "Go Hitmonchan!"
"Now use Sunny Day and Solar Beam!" The sun shines brighter, and in a instant Solar Beam flies towards Hitminchan. Bruno: "Hitmonchan! Use Detect!" Hitmonchan dodges the attack nimbly and charges forward at Flora. "Ok now use Acid!" Bruno: "Use Fire Punch!" Hitmonchan takes the hit and strikes Flora. Flora faints.

"Ok then! Better act quick! Pixy use Flamethrower!" I send out Pixy and she runs forward. Bruno: "Hitmomchan use Earthquake!" As Pixy uses Flamethrower, Hitmonchan hits back with Earthquake. Both pokemon take damage and jump back. "It should be weak. Now use Iron Tail!" Hitmonchan tries to jump back but gets hit by Pixy's other tails. Bruno: "Counter!" Pixy gets hit and faints. "Ok then..." I look up. The sun is still shining brightly. "Well then! Vee go!" Vee jumps off of Rylee's shoulder and onto Hitmonchan. "Now Buzzy Buzz!" Before Bruno or Hitmonchan can act, Vee hits Hitmochan and faints. "Alright Vee!" Bruno: "Well... I didn't expect that. Now! Machamp!"
The machamp cracks it's knuckles, and smiles at Vee. "Use Quick Attack!" Bruno: "Grab it!" Right before Vee can strike at Machamp, it grabs Vee, and holds it up infront of it. "Vee Buzzy Buzz!" Bruno: "Dynamic Punch!" Machamp gets shocked, but hits Vee. Vee goes flying upwards before falling back down. "Vee!" I run forward and pick up Vee. "Return." I sigh, as Vee goes into the Pokeball.

"Ok then... go Ben!" Right ad I send out Ben, the Harsh sunlight fades away. "Alright, perfect timing." Machamp runs forward. Bruno: "Now use Earthquake-" With one foot, Machamp sends a Earthquake and then with the other it leaps high into the air. Bruno: "-Now finish it with Dynamic Punch!" Ben stumbles from the Earthquake, and looks up as machamp's shadow falls over it. "Ben dodge it!" Ben tries to avoid the attack but gets hit. Ben falls over and faints. Bruno and I return our pokemon. Bruno: "Well that was a good battle." He gives me a thumbs up. "I lost again..." I look up. "But yeah. It was a good battle!"

Bruno: "Well, I have to go." I nod as he walks away. "I understand... hey Bruno?" He turns around. "Can I have a rematch the next time we meet?" Bruno: "Yes! I would like that very much. Next time I should be part of the Elite Four, so be careful!" I nod, and turns away. Rylee: "Um Ethan...? Do you smell that?" I turn back to Rylee. "Huh?" I stop to smell the air... I smell Smoke. "That's weird..." Me and Rylee look around. We then see three figures in the Shadow dash for us with a Arcanine, Magmar, and Ninetales. A fire is behind them. "Dang it!" When the people run out of the shadows I recognize the R imprinted ont heir shirt. Rylee: "I got this Ethan!" Rylee steps infront if me. Rylee: "You stop that fire!" I nod, and run around the grunts. "Ok!"

Right as I get to the fire I remember Ben is still knocked out. "Ah... bad timing." I starts to shout, and I get some other people's attention. "I don't have a water type pokemon that I can use right now!" Some trainer then stop their battles and run toward me with a pokeball in their hand. Trainer: "Go Poliwhirl! Use Water Gun!" Steam then rises up as the fire is put out. "T-thank you." The guy nods to me, and runs back to his battle. "Phew..." I turn to look at Rylee's battle, only to see a Grunt on a Arcanine charging at me. Crap! I got nothing on me! The Arcanine uses Extreme speed and attacks me. "Gah!" I fall down. Team Rocket Grunt: "You will not escape this time!" I wince. "Huh?!" Grunt: "Use Flamethrower!" I jump put of the way, but it catches the wall on fire again. "Dang it!" I take off my bag and search desperately for a Revive. "I know it is here somewhere!" The Arcanine uses Extreme speed and takes my bag. "..." Grunt: "Ha! Whatcha lookin' for?!" I smile. "This." I hold up Ben's pokeball and the revive. I send out Ben, and put the revive into his mouth. Grunt: "Grr! Arcanine use Thunder Fang!" "Not too fast! Surf!"

Ben gets up and makes makes wave, which sweeps me, the grunt, and arcanine away. "Ben I got my bag!" I jump onto Ben, and head for the fire. The grunt returns his Arcanine. Grunt: "You think you won?! Go Golbat!" Ben turns around. "Ice Beam!" Golbat gets frozen solid and falls to the ground. Me and Ben turn back around to take out the fire, but jump back as we notice the fire spreading throughout the wall. "Dang it!" I turn around to the grunt, qnd he throws out a Kadabra. Grunt: "Use Teleport!" The grunt touches his Kadabra and they teleport away. "Seriously?! God Darn it!" I start to cough. All this smoke is getting into my lungs! Dang it!
