Thanksgiving Episode (Sorta)

"Hey guys I'm back." I open the door to our room and I instantly get the smell of cooked chicken. No wait, Turkey.

Wait... what is a Turkey? Is it a pokemon?

... Oh well, it's food now I guess.

I walk into the kitchen I see Luis and Pyrafox holding some Thanksgiving food in their hands. They set the food onto the table, and go back to grab the rest. "Want me to help?" Pyrafox turns to me. Pyrafox: "Oh. Yes, the toasted bread." He tilts his head to the counter where the toasted bread is sitting. "Ok then." I quickly get to the plate, and pick it up. I set it on the table with the rest of the food, and I sit down with the others. "So, uh, how did you guys cook all this food so fast?" Luis and Pyrafox look at eachother then at me. Luis: "You were in the gym for about 2 hours." I smile nervously. "Yeah, thats true..." Pyrafox then stands up from his chair. Pyrafox: "One second i forgot to get our plates." Yeah, we're gonna need those. "I'll get the eating... utensils?" I turn to Luis. "Their called eating utensils right?" Luis shrugs.

Once me and Pyrafox comes back we decide to serve ourselves. Pyrafox: "To be honest i don't think were gonna be able to eat all this in one day." I nod as I take a bite into my bread.

We just ate afterwards. We didn't say anything we just ate. When we were done we had tons of leftovers.

Luis: "Man I'm stuffed..." Pyrafox: "What should we do with this?" I then sit up. "I got an Idea!" I throw a pokeball up and Vee comes out. "We should let them have some! We shouldn't be the only one who celebrates thanksgiving!" Pyrafox looks at Luis who nods. All together we send out the rest of our pokemon. We... almost got crushed from them but we were able to make space for them. Barely.

Luis: "So what should we do now?" Me and Pyrafox pause as we think of an idea. Pyrafox: "Idk." I shrug. "Lemme see what we can do during thanksgiving." I pull out my phone and get into google.

...

"There is a Thanksgiving league in Saffron City." Luis and Pyrafox look up from their phones. Luis: "Would we make it?" I shrug. "Idk. But it would take a good hour if we used fly." Pyrafox: "We wouldnt make it in time. The league started a few minutes ago." Me and Luis groan. "Well that sucks."

"Then what are we gonna do?" Both 0urafox and Luis pause. I'm pretty sure they are thinking of something. Luis: "We could train! After all that food our pokemon must have a lot of energy to spare." Pyrafox: "I could do that too... except i 'wanna try a new team out." A new team. "You have more than one team?" Pyrafox glances at me before nodding. Pyrafox: "Sorta." Intresting... I never thought of having another team before. Maybe I can do that when I go to other regions.

"That's cool... i guess." Luis stands up and stretches. Luis: "Ok guys. Time to get back into your pokeballs." Luis returns his pokemon and walks to the doors with his bag over his shoulder. Luis: "Well then. I'll see you guys later." "Oh, ok. Bye." Pyrafox: "Good Luck." With that, Luis closes the door behind him. After a moment of silence, I stand up. "Well i'm going to do the same i guess..." I grab my bag and return my pokemon into their pokeballs. As i walk to the door i turn around and face Pyrafox. "You coming with us?" Pyrafox shakes his head. Pyrafox: "Na. I'm good." I open the door. "Oh. Ok then. Bye then." Right as I'm about to close the door I hear Pyrafox yell: "Wait."

Pyrafox: "Happy Thanksgiving!"

"Oh. Happy Thanksgiving to you too!"
