Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

A break before the Gym

McDonphans worker: "Will that be all?" Me and Luis nod. Luis: "Yes. Thank you." We walk away with our bag of food. "Thanks Luis." Luis: "Don't worry about it." We then walk all the way back to the pokemon center.

Luis: "So, we gonna wait for Pyrafox before we eat?" "I think we should." Luis groans and slides the bag towards me. At least he knows to give it to me so he doesn't give in to the temptation. Vee then gets off of my shoulder and Paws the bag. "No Vee. This is our food this time." Vee looks at me confused and Paws the bag again. This time I grab the bag. "Our food." I point at me and Luis. Vee sighs disappointed and lays down on the table. Luis: "Well you dont see that everyday." "Yeah... *Sigh* This is what happens when you spoil your Pokemon." I then feel the side of my shorts Buzz. I pull out my phone and see who it is. Rylee is calling.

I answer.

"Hey Rylee." Vee immediately pick her ear up and runs to the phone. Rylee: "Hey. How are you guys doing?" Luis: "Good." "Good." Vee then gives a Happy Cry. Rylee: "Vee! How have you been?" Vee 'talks' to Rylee. I then hear someone in the background. I think a kid. Rylee: "Oh right. Guys we found Cubone!" We then hear a Cubone give a cry. "That great." Luis: "How do you know this is the exact Cubone?" Rylee pauses as the kid on the otherside seems to talk. Rylee: "It was at Team Rockets base and they said something about a Marowak that they ended up killing..." Me and Luis wince. They KILLED Marowak?! No wonder it was mad at us! Well every human anyways. "Also... Who is WE exactly?" Rylee pauses. Then I hear a familiar voice. Patrick: "Its me Patrick." Ohhhh. Patrick. "Oh, that makes sense... i guess." Rylee: "What makes sense?" Luis looks at me. "The kid in the background was Patrick." I hear Rylee giggle. Rylee: "Oh. Well who did you think it was?"

Who did I think it was? I sweat. I think I thought it was another guy.

"A- another guy?" Rylee: "Well i mean you sorta got that right." Thats true. "Yeah. Sorry." Rylee: "For what?" My phone then slips from my hand from my sweat. "Ack! Im sorry!" Rylee: "What happened?" Pyrafox: "Ethan dropped his phone." I nod. I then jump as I realize Pyrafox is back. Rylee: "Oh ok." Pyrafox: "Is this Rylee?" Rylee: "Yeah... who is this?" Pyrafox: "I'm Pyrafox. Your friend's friend." Rylee stays silent for about 7 seconds. Rylee: "Well thats nice." "Yeah... Anyways, we're gonna eat so imma hang up." Rylee: "Oh ok. Bye then." Me, Luis, and Pyrafox (Or AKA. The Boyz): "Bye." I hang up and put my phone back into my pocket. "So how'd it go?" Pyrafox smiles. Pyrafox: "I won." Me and Luis clap. Luis: "Nice." Luis then grabs the bag from my lap. Luis: "Now lets dig in!" Luis grabs the burgers and hands them to us. "Thanks Luis." Pyrafox: "Oh yeah. Thank you." Luis only nods and bites into his burger. Well then, I should dig in too.

Once I finish my burger I decide to head to the Fuscia City Gym. Turns out the Gym is bigger than normal.

"Alright! Lets do this Vee!" Vee gives a cry and we both walk into the gym... which is full of Haze. It is very difficult to see. "What the-" I then bump into a wall. Yet. There is no wall. I press against the invisible wall. "I wonder if this was made by some Mr. Mimes." I look down to see Vee but she was gone. "Vee?" Vee's ears then jolt upwards and I pick her up. "Yeah. Lets keep you here. Wouldn't want you to get lost." I then feel around. I think there is some invisible path in this Gym... this thing better freaking lead to the Gym Leader.

Anyways after about a good few minutes I end up getting lost. "Is there anyone that can help me?!" I shout hoping to find someone. There must be some way to get out right? I then see a figure walk towards me. "Hello?" I start waving my hands in the air. Eventually the person gets his way to me. "Sir do you think you can help me out here? I'm trying to get to the gym leader but this maze is confusing me." Gym trainer: "This is normal. Now you said you wanted help, yes?" I nod. "Yes. Please." The guy grins. Gym trainer: "Then- You have to beat me in a battle first!" A battle? Alright this will be a warm-up before I battle the gym leader! "I accept that challenge!"

We then find a spot that seems to be straight forward. By that I mean the walls. Gym Trainer: "Alright! Well we will only use on pokemon! Mainly because someone just beat the other ones!" One pokemon? Alright then. If these truly are Mr. Mime walls then Max's Psybeam should be perfect. "Go Max!" Gym Trainer: "Venomoth go!" A Venomoth? Gym Trainer: "Use Supersonic!" "Max dodge it! Then use Psybeam!" Max avoids the Supersonic and shoots the Beam at Venomoth. Gym trainer: "Venomoth! Dodge it!" Venomoth then dodges the attack and Psybeam hits the trainer. "Oh... that must hurt. You ok?" The trainer gives a thumbs up. Gym Trainer: "Yeah... a think anyways." "Oh ok. Anyways Max again." Max uses Psybeam and it hits Venomoth. Venomoth falls down to the floor. Gym Trainer: "You haven't fainted yet. Use Leech Life." Me and Max yawn. "Double Slap." Max the smacks the Venomoth to the wall and it faints. "Yeah we did it!" I high-five Max, but when I do so Max makes a invisble wall. "Not this again." Max laughs. The Gym trainer returns his pokemkn and walks up next to Max.

Max finally lets me get to the Gym Trainer and he pulls out a paper. Gym Trainer: "Well. Here is the map you'll need. Good Luck." A map? I look at it. It seems to be a map of the gym. "Oh. Thank you." The guys nods and rubs his head as he leaves. "Well then Max return." I return Max and continue forth.
