"Vee, you gotta keep your energy under control." I sigh, and I turn back to Rylee, who has her hands on her knees, wheezing. Vee's ears droop. Luis: "I got you inhaler." Rylee then uses the inhaler and looks at us. Rylee: "Thank you..." Vee walks up to Rylee looking guilty. Rylee: "It's ok, Vee. Just... well, try not to get too far ahead of us." Vee smiles and wags her tail. Luis: "Well, this tunnel is pretty spacious. Lets walk with our pokemon!" Luis then throws his pokeballs into the air, and I do the same. With that, an Onix, Butterfree, and Charmelon appear behind us, while Pikachu, Pidgeotto, Ben, Flora, and Pixy appear before us. Rylee: "Woah... ok, my turn!" Rylee throws her pokeball into the air, and her Clefairy, Jigglypuff, Nidoran♀️, and Ivysaur come out. Even with all of our pokemon, we still had a lot of space. Luis: "Alright! Let's get this show on the road!" Luis starts to walk forwards leading the group.
"Ben, careful!" Ben trips over his own feet. "Too late..." This is the 5th time in 10 minutes. Ben then stands back up and gives a nod. We catch up with the rest of the group. Rylee: "Wartortle is very clumsy." "Yeah, i guess." I then turn back to Ben, who is now talking to Vee, and Pixy. Rylee: "I guess?" "Well... i mean... yeah, he is clumsy." Rylee turns back to her pokemon and grins. Luis: "Onix - Go!" We look up at Onix to see Luis sitting on it. Onix then starts to slide faster across the tunnel. Me and Rylee: "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING?!" Both shocked we try to catch up. Luis: "Huh? Did i miss something?" Luis gets off his Onix and walks up to us, which we are both panting. "C-can... you not do that next time?" Before Luis can answer the rest of our pokemon, then catch up. Luis: "Sure. I was just trying to see what its kinda like for Pidgey and Butterfree, flying in the air." ... nice.
A few hours later...
Rylee: "My feet hurt..." We all sigh. Luis: "Join me and Ethan on Onix." Rylee nods and jumps on onix. The rest of our pokemon are still talking among themselves. "How do their feet not hurt?" I see Rylee and Luis shrug as I turn around. Luis: "Hey guys..." Me and Rylee turn to Luis's direction and see a bright light coming at the end of the tunnel. "Finally!" I jump off and start to run towards the light. Luis: "Onix! Let's beat him!" I then see Onix pass me up, with Luis smiling at me, and Rylee holding on for dear life. "Hey, that isn't fair!" I eventually catch up to my friends and take in a deep breath of fresh air. The rest of the pokemon behind me do the same. "Yeah! We finally made it!" Rylee then jumps off Onix, with Luis following behind her. Luis: "Well, lets get to Vermilliom City quickly... im starting to get hungry." Me and Rylee nod.
Rylee: "Wait... do you guys hear that?" We then all stop moving and listen. I hear some people laughing and a fire crackling. We then turn over the corner of a rock and see some Team Rcoket Grunts. "You don't think those are the same ones from last time, do you?" Luis: "Hard to say... They all look the same." Vee then walks forward, showing herself to Team Rocket. Rylee: "Vee - " Rylee then slap her mouth shut. Vee then runs back to me. "Vee..." We then see Team Rocket turn around the corner. Team Rcoket Grunt: "Hey! We found some troublemakers here!" He points at us. Luis: "We're the trouble makers!? What about you guys!?" Luis points at the grunt. I mean, Luis has a point... We start to run away but get trapped by more grunts. Rylee: "Looks like we're fighting these guys again." I send out Ben along with Vee. Luis sends out Onix and Butterfree. Rylee chooses her Jigglypuff along with her Ivysaur. "Ok, Vee! Ben! Get ready!" The grunts then send out their pokemon, which included the following:
4 Rattatas, 2 Raticates, 1 Ekans, 5 Zubats, 2 Golbats, 1 Diglett, 2 Cubones, 1 Scyther, 2 Tauros, and a random Magikarp.
This group of pokemon is bigger than our last fight. "Vee use Buzzy Buzz! Ben, Bubble!" The pokemon dodge Buzzy Buzz and get hit by Bubble. I then see the Ekans go flying into a tree. "What the -" I turn and see Butterfree and Luis. Ah, that makes sense. The Rattatas then use Quick Attack, while the Diglett uses Dig. "Vee use Quick Attack! Ben use Bubble!" 2 Rattatas get hit by bubble and Vee crashes into another, dealing damage to both pokemon. Rylee: "Ethan! Jump!" I then jump and see Ivysaur use Vine whip, whipping the Rattatas. I land with me feet between the Vine whip. The Rattatas are now wrapped around from Vine Whip. "Now Vee use Buzzy Buzz!" Shocking the Rattatas, they faint. Diglett then hits Ivysaur, causing it to pull its Vine whip back. "Ben, Water Gun!" Before Ben can use Water Gun, a Tauros then rams into Ben, flinging him into a tree. "Ben! Pixy go!" Pixy then smiles. "Now use Roar!" Poxy then flings the Tauros into a rock. "Yeah!" Pixy turns to me and smiles. Pixy then suddenly gets hit by a Bonemareng attack and faints. "Huh?" Then Bone then flies back, and I see a Cubone catch it in its hand. "Go, Flora! Sleep Powder!" Flora then releases the powder into Cubone. Cubone falls asleep.
"Vee use Buzzy Buzz! Ben Bubble! Flora use Poison Powder!" My Pokémon then attack the 2 Raticates, nefore the two ratocates use Dig and go underground. "Dang it!" I then jump as Onix comes up, sending the Raticates flying after using Dig itself. "O-onix?!" I turn to Luis, and he smiles at me quickly before turning back to his battle. "Thank you!" With that, we finished the battle with yet another win against team rocket. Team Rocket grunt: "Retreat! Lets get outta here!" The group of Grunts then return their pokemon and flee into the tree. Rylee: "My Pokemon are all worn out from that battle..." Luis's stomach growls. Luis: "Oh... yeah, sorry, guys." "It's ok...?" Well, it's time we get to Vermillion City...
