Ethan's Pokemon Journey!

Leaving Cinnabar Island

Rylee: "Torchic-fil-a?"

I nod. "I remember going there a few times when i was younger. I believe it was good." Skitty and Vee run forward with a lot of energy. Rylee: "Ok. I'll trust your word for it." My stomach growls. "Ok." We start to pick up the pace.

...

"Here it is! I remember it looked like this!" I run into Chick-Fil-A and look around. For the most part they kept the same design from years ago, almost untouched! "Yes!" Rylee: "You seem so excited." I nod quickly. I then run to the line where you order. A Torchic sits on the desk and looks up at us when we walk in.

Worker: "Hello. How can I help you?" "Uhmm... can we have a minute, We don't know what to order yet." The worker nods and goes to the back.

"The menu is so huge! How could I pick?!" Rylee: "I don't know, but we are keeping some other people waiting." I sigh.

The worker then comes back to his spot after a few minutes. "Can I have the Original Torchic-Fil-A burger?" Worker: "Mhm. Anything else?" Rylee steps up. Rylee: "Make that two please." The worker taps on his screen and nods towards me to continue. "Then can I have some sprite?" Rylee: "I'll take zome Lemonade please." The worker adds that to our order. Worker: "Would you like anything else?" I shake my head. Rylee: "No thank you."

Worker: "Alright, that will be 17.80." I pull out some money and I hands it to him. He then puts the money away in a cash register and hands back the change. Rylee: "Thank You." Worker: "No, thank you. Have a nice day." We then find a spot to sit and we wait.

Rylee: "It seems to empty, except for the few people here." I shrug. "Yeah, it is probably because this is on a island." We sit in silence as Vee and Skitty play under, and around the table.

Worker: "Here yoou go." The worker smiles at us and hands us the huge plate where our food sat. We take our own and start eating. Rylee: "Hm." "Good, huh?" I grin. Rylee tilts her head and nods, eating her Torchic-Fil-A burger.

Skitty then jumps up in the table and reaches for Rylee's Burger. Vee does the same, but to me. "Uhm..." Rylee finishes the piece in her mouth. Rylee: "Sorry guys. I forgot about you two." Both of them put their ears down. I sigh and give Vee my Sprite after i take a sip. Rylee looks at me and does the same with her Lemonade, for Skitty.

We a finish our food and after we throw away our trash I get a call from Luis. "Hello?" Luis: "Ethan! I beat the Gym Leader!" Oh. "Congrats. Should we meet up?" Luis: "Yeah, we should do that." I then get another call, but this time it's from Pyrafox. "Oh? Um, Luis we'll see you at the Pokemon Center, ok buddy?" Luis: "Sure. Bye." "Bye." I hang up and answer Pyrafox's Call.

Pyrafox: "Ethan!" He seems excited. "Hm? What is it?" Pyrafox: "Some say there will be a new Gym Leader in Viridian City!" "Oh. That's nice." I hear someone else in the background talking, must be Rjpro. Rjpro: "About time!" Pyrafox: "Mhm. Well I kind of just came to give you the heads up." "Thank you." Vee hops onto my shoulder. Pyrafox: "Anyways, me and Rjpro are going to get in some last minute training. So i'll see you later." "Alright. Bye." They say bye and I hang up.

Rylee: "Ethan. We should get back to the Pokemon Center. Don't wanna keep Luis waiting." Oh, that's right. I nod and we start to run back.

...

Luis: "About time you guys got here." Me and Rylee catch our breath once we enter the Pokemon Center, Pikachu and Luis glance at eachother but don't say anything. Luis: "Annnyways- So with my 7th badge, we should probably head to Viridian City. Time is running out." I nod. "Right." Rylee: "Hey. Um, so the map here shows that we would pass up Pallet Town along the way." Me and Luis glance at eachother, not understand her point. Rylee: "... We could visit our familys?" Me and Luis: "Ohhhh!"

"I dunno..."

Luis: "Sure, I wouldn't mind seeing my brothers again."

We all pause as both of my friends look at me. Rylee: "Well then it is decided! 2 against 1. We will visit Pallet Town for a quick break."

Luis and Rylee clap eachothers hands excitedly while I groan. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of being with my family. I was so relieved to leave when I did, so why do I have to go back?

Luis: "Cheer up Ethan. They can't be that bad." I then face Luis. "Oh- Thats what you think-" Luis forces a small laugh. Luis: "Very funny, but foreal. It isn't a bad idea to see your family once in a while." I shrug. "Yeah... I guess that is true."

We all head out of the Pokemom Center and we all call out our flying pokemon.

Well- *Erhm*- Luis did anyways.

Which me, Rylee and Luis ride all at the same time.

Luis: "Seriously?" Me and Rylee: "Yes." Pikachu and Luis sigh. Luis: "I thought you two had a pokemon that knew fly." "That would be Pokemon that knew Surf. You are the only one here with a Fly pokemon." Luis grumbles and Charizard flies lower, closer to the ocean water.
