No one's POV.:

To people who didn't know the group well, it often seemed that through their whole chaos, Seungmin was the most normal member. Despite only being the second youngest, he always seemed mature and put together but that too was a misconception. You see, Seungmin has ADHD and has been teased for being weird throughout most of his school years. As he grew older though, he had finally gotten the proper medication to handle his symptoms had learned different comping strategies, so he could handle himself well. When he debuted as an idol, he was so afraid of the teasing continuing that he made sure to always act calm and collected even if it was all a front. The Stray Kids members knew about his diagnosis and they also knew that behind closed doors, Seungmin wasn't as collected and put together as he pretended to be. That didn't mean that they thought any less of him, no, if anything, they were impressed by his hard work and the way he kept up with the toughest schedules while playing a role that wasn't really him.

Of course, Stray Kids also knew their friend's other side and who he was when he wasn't wearing his public mask. They didn't mind that he lost his focus and needed to be reminded of his lines when recording sessions took too long to conclude or that he sometimes needed some alone time in his room to just put on headphones and drown out the world for a while when everything got too much. Seungmin had their full support and he appreciated it. Especially, because one of his coping mechanisms was shrouded in misconceptions and he hadn't thought they'd accept him without question and judgement. With the amount of people surrounding them all of the time, the many points in their schedules and the long work days, Seungmin sometimes got so overwhelmed that just blocking out the world didn't work. Sometimes he just reached the point where adulting was impossible and his mind just went fuzzy. The boy had developed a littlespace where his mind went to when he gave up responsibility to someone else. Luckily, the members were there to take responsibility for him whenever that happened and made sure to keep their little friend safe.

Though his regressions were rarely voluntary, Seungmin didn't hate them as much as one might think. In the beginning it had scared him when that happened but he now knew the members would take care of him and that nothing could happen to him when he was with his caregivers. Stray Kids fondly called Seungmin's headspace 'the zone' because of how often he zoned out when he was little. They often had to call his name multiple times to get a reaction for him. The innocent and faraway look in his eyes showing that he had spaced out completely and was 'in the zone'. Wherever said zone was, nobody knew but they hoped it was a place Seungmin felt safe and comfortable in.

Frequent schedule changes had made their past week an incredibly chaotic one and it had put Seungmin on edge for days now. He already struggled to remember their schedules, so how was he supposed to keep up when it was switched up all the time on such short notice? The vocalist had slept in on accident and was in such a rush to get ready and out of the dorm that he forgot to take his medicine before he left. Even in the car, he was still reeling, not having the slightest idea where they were going but aware that their managers would just take him wherever he needed to be. Despite the chaotic start, Seungmin thought he'd get his feet under him as the day progressed. It didn't get any better and the fact that he had forgotten his medication didn't help the situation either. When they had a meeting, Seungmin didn't last more than a couple of minutes before spacing out, letting Chan speak for him. He knew they leader would do what was in the groups best interest, so it was easy to give up responsibility to him. Having gotten his hands on a pen, Seungmin toyed with it in his hands and didn't even notice how he had started to subconsciously click it until it was picked out of his grasp. He looked up startled and gave an awkward smile when Minho traded the pen for a squishy keychain he kept attached to his backpack.
