"Damn. I played football too. Back at Garfield High." Eli noted when looking at his dad. Showing him a pic of him wearing a Garfield Bulldogs Jersey. With his football gear on and wearing a black bandana.

Tyler was proud of his son. Making the football team. Almost following in his footsteps. If only he was alive to watch him play. At least Eli isn't too much like him. But it was hinted by Eli that he too develop an anger problem. But the kid assures his dad that he's learning how to control it.

While driving around, Eli tells Tyler about his friendship with Lizzie and Josie, as well as telling him that Caroline is teaching him some vamp tricks and Alonso is teaching him how to use his werewolf abilities effectively. And he also tells him about his running buddy.

Hope Mikaelson. Klaus and Hayley's daughter.

Tyler was a little bit surprised that she survived that long. And he regrets what he did to Hayley. He should have let it go and realized sooner that it was pointless getting revenge on Klaus. In a way, he's glad that he failed and that kid is alive still.

"What's she like? Hope Mikaelson." Tyler wondered.

"She's powerful and smart. If you ask me, she looks more like Hayley then her dad." Eli said, remembering Hayley very clearly.

Tyler nodded and thought it was good that she's not entirety like her father, and more like her mom. Further more, he's glad that it wasn't her that turned his son into a hybrid. He was surprised to learn that his son was born with vampirism.

He hopes to meet that Mikaleson girl. He wants to apologize to her for what he did while sitting in her mother's womb.

The eldest Lockwood can see that the town didn't change much. Well he sees that The Lockwood Mansion is still up and running.

"Jeez, dad. You used to live there?" Eli was surprised his dad lived in that mansion. Then again, Tyler's journals did say he lived in a big house.

"Yeah, all Lockwoods used to live here. At that time, it was just me, my mom and dad. But they're gone." He replied.
