Even though Eli didn't want to stay, especially in a school full of vamps, wolves will look at him with disdain because he's not a pure wolf or witches that will likely few him as a threat because he's a hybrid, he can't run for long. The cash he saved up when he used to mow the lawns of any of his neighbours for $20.00 was starting to run out and he couldn't be on the run for long. So with that said, he agreed to stay.

He exist the office and is met with the twins of Alaric and Caroline.

"Welcome to The Salvatore School. We're your tour guides." The blonde one said before the one with the brunette introduce herself.

"I'm Josie."

"I'm Lizzie." Lizzie said before adding. "Sisters.

"Twins." The Josie added

"Fraternal. Obviously." Lizzie added.

Eli smiled softly a little at the enthusiastic energy coming from the twins, studying them closely as he stood in front of them. Caroline and Alaric had already told him on his way here that they are twins clearly fraternal - who happened to be witches. But of a different bloodline.

While the two adults remained in Alaric's office discussing something that they didn't want the girls hearing, the twins had volunteered to show him around.

"I'm Eli. Lockwood." He told them, still having a small smile on his face as he looked between the blonde and the dark haired girl. Both Josie and Lizzie's eyes flashed with a realisation as they recognised the surname.

"Like... Tyler Lockwood?" Lizzie asked in a almost disbelief tone, not knowing their parents late friend had any family left. They all had assumed the Lockwood line had died off with Tyler in 2017. Courtesy of Damon Salvatore. But obviously the former vampire failed in that.

"Yeah he was my dad." Eli said sombrely. Losing his dad still hurts. He instantly became his favourite person in the world when they met.

Noticing the sudden brooding on his face, Josie elbowed Lizzie's side and mouthed for the girl to change the subject quickly. For all they knew, Eli was a newly transitioned wolf and the majority of wolves they knew had a bad temper even when unable to shift due to the lack of full moon. The last thing The Saltzmen Twins wanted to do was provoke his anger accidentally.

"So everyone is pretty much friends here," Josie informed her as she linked her arm with Eli's as Lizzie did the same with her other arm.

He wasn't entirely sure how to react to the sudden display of friendship since they just met. But at least they aren't like other witches, as far as he knows. "The wolves are a little bit cliquey nowadays, so we probably won't get to spend tons of time with you once you join the pack."

"I don't think they'll welcome a hybrid in their pack." Eli informs them, causing the twins to look at him wide eye. "Part werewolf, part vampire. It's a long story." The twins didn't expect that. They thought all the werewolf/vampire hybrids were extinct. And now they know that Eli is not only the last Lockwood, but the last werewolf/vampire hybrid. "And don't worry, I'm in control."
