The three (Eli, Hope and Alaric) are shocked to learn that the creature has disappeared and is therefore not a troll.
The trio attempt to track down the creature, with Alaric realizing that the monster is more than likely after something as the previous ones were.
But Eli believes that it maybe something else, as he has Hope following him as he picked up the scent. And they were right as they see Landon sitting on a bench in the park listening to music, unaware that the creature is slowly approaching him from behind.
Hope waves her hand. "Icaeus!" The monster goes flying back and landing on its back. She then preforms a high jump punch, hitting the creature. But the monsters recovers quick and hits Hope back, sending her flying a bit. Something in Eli causes him to get angry and he transforms into his Crinos Form
And slashes the monster upright, slashing its torso. And then Eli bites down on the monsters neck.
Hope is surprised. She's never seen Eli transform like that before. He truly is a unique hybrid. Part werewolf. Part lycan.
Eli rips a part of its flesh, causing him to stumble back a few feet. But the monster heals quickly. And Eli spits out the flesh.
Alaric comes in and shoots the creature in the hand before it grabbed Hope. But the monster pulls the bolt out. Saltzman then hits it with his crossbow two times before the monster grabs him by his back neck and tossed him aside.
"Hey, ugly." The monster looks at Hope. "Incendia." Hope uses a fire spell to lit his head on fire, but only his hair burnt away, revealing that the monster isn't a troll, but a cyclops.
Eli, being the nerd when it comes to monster figures that the only way to truly kill a Cyclopes is to either shoot or stab it in the eye. And because his claws are the long and sharp, he runs on all fours and jams his thump claws into its one eye, causing it to fall dead on its back.
Eli reverts back into his human form with his clothes on and Alaric runs next to them. "Ugh. You think it's really a...?" The Cyclope's body turns to ash, fully dead.
