Ria's POV

OMG!!! OMG! Positive!

Hindi ko napigilang mapatalon sa tuwa. "Sure ka?" Tanong ko sabay kuha ng test mula sa kaniya. Wala akong pake kung may ihi niya 'to, gusto kong makita!

Waahhh!! Oo nga! 

Nagtatatalon muna ako sa kilig kaso pinatahimik ako ni Amara.

"Bakit naman?" Tanong ko nang senyasan niya ako na manahimik.

'Di ba siya excited?

"Shhh!! Syempre kung totoo nga 'yan, gusto kong i-surprise si Alex, 'no." Bulong niya dahil nasa villa lang rin sila Alex.

Oo nga! Tama!

Grabe, Pareng Alex ha, ang ganda ng new year's gift mo. Hindi na kita kailangang bigyan ng regalo! Hahaha!

"Magpa-check up ka bukas. Magpapa-appointment ako online. May medical clinic saka hospital naman dito eh." Suggestion ko. Binalik ko na sa kaniya ang test at inabutan naman niya ako ng alcohol kapalit no'n.

"Sige--"

Nagulat at natahimik kami nang biglang pumasok sila Alex at Lester mula sa pool area. Shocks! Kanina pa ba sila dyan? O narinig ba nila ang pinag-uusapan namin?!

"What's with the shocked faces?" Kunot noong tanong ni Lester.

Nagkatinginan kami ni Amara at ewan ko ba kung bakit kami natuliro bigla.

"Wala....ano... basta. Nagpabili kasi ako kay Ria ng......sanitary napkin."

Sa lahat ng excuses, 'yon talaga ang naisip niya? Hindi man lang niya ginawang makatotohanan?

"Hindi mo naman na kailangan--" Biglang tinapakan ni Amara ang paa ko at tinulak ako papasok sa banyo.

"Okay...girl stuff. Sige, do'n na muna kami sa labas. Call us if you need anything." Narinig kong sabi ni Alex bago ang mga yabag ng paa nilang patungo sa labas.  

"Ang daldal mo. Quiet ka please. Okay?" Saway ni buntis pagpasok sa banyo. Hahaha!

Amara's POV

After talking with Ria, I went back to the room to have some privacy for self-reflecting.

Goodness....this is it. Although, not medically confirmed pa, pero may chance, may probability!

I don't know how to feel. I feel excitement, anxiety, fear, happiness, probably everything all at once.

I mean, this is what I've been wishing for these past few months, right? It's what I want...

"Aaaahhhh!!" I couldn't help but let out a scream of happiness as I giddily stomped my feet on the ground.

I flopped myself down on the bed, and stared at the ceiling, wondering what my husband's reaction would be when he finds out.

He's gonna be ecstatic! He wants to have a child na rin ulit eh.

I heard the door knob turning so I fixed myself to not make my 'happiness' too obvious. As expected, it's my roommate slash husband who opened it. Hahaha!

"Hey? You want to go outside? Stroll tayo sa beach?" Aya niya habang papalapit sa'kin.

Nakatitig lang ako sa kaniya at nakangiti. I can't wait to break the news to you once I've already confirmed it! Aahhh!

"Why are you smiling like that?" He grinned as he sat beside me.

"Wala lang, I'm just happy."

He seemed to grow more suspicious of my expression. "Hmm...I think there's more to you being 'happy'." He snaked his arms around my waist from the side. "What is it? Why do you seem so cheerful?"
