SATURDAY

"you brought a suitcase?" I asked shocked as I stared at Lia

"I didn't know what to choose"

"there were two at first but she narrowed it down after I told her to" Liam spoke up

I moved out of the way so they could enter my house

"hi uncle Sam" Lia said cheerfully after seeing my uncle

He returned her a smile

"do you guys want me to prepare you anything?" my uncle then asked

Lia looked at me for a suggestion

"just some sandwiches" I said

I got nods of approval from both Lia and Liam soon after

"alright, I'll bring them to you guys in a few"

"okay"

I got by Lia and Liam and began heading upstairs to my room

"is Ezra coming tonight?" I asked when we entered my room

"no he's got a family dinner to attend"

"what about Kai?"

"he said he'll be training with Ares and then they're going out to eat" Liam answered

"so it's just the three of us for tonight then"

"we're gonna have so much fun" Lia exclaimed

"do you know the girl that's hosting the party?" Liam asked Lia

"I think she's with us in English class"

I stopped in my track and turned to Lia, eyeing her suitcase up and down

"do you know what you're going to wear?" I asked

"I have no idea but she did say that the theme was more elegant so I'm thinking either a dress or some nice pants"

Liam laid down on my bed in the meantime, resting his head on his hands as he listened to our conversation

"I was thinking about wearing some pants and a crop top" I said, opening my wardrobe

"do you want to do matching but different colours?"

"should we?"

"yeah, I have some pants with me but they're mostly white"

"then I'll wear something black"

Lia opened her suitcase and pulled out a pair of white, wide, dress pants

"what about these?"

"I think I have something similar in black" I said

I moved my dresses to the side and began looking through the pants that were hanging on the left side
