MONDAY
"isn't that already your second cup of coffee?" Ares asked me after noticing the cup in my hand
"yes, so?"
"in a spear of two hours?"
"then tell me how do you do it? because you seem like you've just awoken from a 12 hour sleep yet you've been awake for as long as me"
There's not much time left until the big match so we also started training before school
Meaning that we woke up at 4am, got to the gym by 5am, trained for almost two hours, went to grab something to eat and then headed to school
I was used to staying up late for studying but exercising was never a part of it and many people say it makes you feel more awake but for me, it made me more tired
As a result I was already drinking my second cup of coffee of the day
"I'm used to it, I always wake up early to go for a run" he said
"who does that"
He only smiled at me
We entered our english classroom, taking a seat in the front row as usual
"english final exam is coming up. Have you considered when you want to start preparing for it?" Ares asked me while I was putting out my textbook
"english is not what worries me, chemistry is"
"we can study chemistry then"
"and soon, there's a lot to go over"
"I'm sure it won't be big of a challenge for us, we do well with chemistry, don't you think so?" he asked, his lips forming a grin
"wednesday then?" I asked, not commenting on his words
I suddenly heard my phone buzz so I took a look at it
LIA: "wanna go matching on friday?"
"that reminds me" Ares started, turning my look at him "what is my contact name in your phone?"
"why do you want to know?"
"just curious"
"what is it?" he asked, his eyes waiting for my answer with anticipation growing inside of them
"nothing special really"
"like what?"
"what is mine?" I asked, changing the subject
He took his phone out of his pocket and then handed it to me, my contact displaying on the screen
'MI CORAZÓN'
I smiled to myself before giving him back his phone
"now show me mine" he said
"no" I smiled
His face dropped a little
"is it that bad?"
