Fancy dinner

Omg guys I'm back! Sorta. I Wanna finish this story. Again sorry for spelling and grammar errors. I dunno if anyone even remembers the plot of this story anymore...but

Quick recap: you just found your Donor dad (dd) because he came to see you at the hospital after the vampires almost killed you.  You're in Germany  discovering your culture. You're about to go eat with donor dad, kalani (his wife), noah (her son) 2 parents and their kids, tiyal (female)  boan and corlan. (Both males)

So I'm in my fancy dress, we leave the limo and stand before the restaurant.

"Woah."
My jaw is wide in shock.

Tiyal laughs beside me and puts her arm over my shoulder "This is my favorite restaurant ever! You'll love it!"

But how would she know? Oh well. I trust her instinct.

Boan stands beside me and scoffs. Someone is a little hostile...

We enter the restaurant,  I sit by tiyal and Noah, with corlan across from me. I smile awkwardly and he raises an eyebrow and looks away. I let out a deep breath and grab the menu. I hesitantly open it..overwhelmed by all the fancy rich food I don't understand, doesn't help they're German dishes.

Maultaschen                                            €50.99
minced meat, bread crumbs,
onions and spinach

Labskaus                                                   €50.99
Salted beef, onions, potatoes.              
and pickled beetroot

"51 DOLLARS FOR ONE MEAL?!" I accidentally yell, shocked, setting the menu down.

Everyone looks over at me and "shhh"s me.

Corlan, across from me, raises an eyebrow and shakes his head with a small smile.

Tiyal takes my menu, "I'll order for you!"

I nod hesitantly..

"If you say so.."

The waiter comes to take our drink orders and I just get a water.

Tiyal orders me a Königsberg Klopse. I'm skeptical by the name.

15 minutes later the waiter comes with my food.

It's a plateful of meatballs,  with white sauce drizzled over top, with green fancy ... spinach? I'm not sure.. over top. It doesn't look pleasing to the eye.

I have a look of grimace on my face and look up, making eye contact with Corlan. Was he staring at me?

"Just try it." He says gesturing to my food.

I sigh and grab my fork cautiously.

I roll is around my plate a bit.

"Don't play with your food Y/n. Just try it."

Donor dad says looking my direction.

I nod and just try it.

It's actually not bad!

"It's pretty good.."

"Good it was $60!"

Tiyal states and laughs.

I choke on my food. "WHAT?! I can't afford this!"

DD shakes his head. "You're my daughter. I'm paying."

I raise an eyebrow "I can't let you-"

He cuts me of mid sentence "it's not up for negotiation!"

I chuckle and play with my food. My eyes widen andi take a picture of it and send it to A-lan.

"A-Lan! Look at this! It costs Euros. Crazy right?"

"Woah...does it taste good?"

"Yes! Tiyal ordered it for me."

"Glad you're having fun."

"I miss you my blueberry boy."

"Don't call me that! But I miss you too my pretty girl."

I smile and put my phone down.

Short chap because I really dunno if anyone reads this anymore for starters. If not I'm not gonna finish it. But summer is close..I'm so happy about that.
