The reason this is theorized is because she mentions she's widowed, and that her son died in a fire, which people think could be referring to Michael and William. She also had a picture showing other family members, which people think could be CC and Elizabeth.

History:
Mary is the neighbor of Delilah, she lives in the apartment dorm next to hers. Mary likes to sing, and Delilah can always hear her singing through the walls. When Ella starts tormenting Delilah, she visits Mary's house, thinking she may have Ella, but she doesn't. Delilah thinks the way she dresses is weird.

History:
Nate is a 50 year old man, and the owner of the diner that Delilah works at. He is a little serious, but has a good relationship with Delilah, they're sometimes playful with each other. When Delilah starts freaking out at the restaurant, Nate calls her into his office, Delilah thinks he just called her in so he can tell her to sit and calm down, and that's half true, because he actually called her in to fire her.
