-Shadow Bonnie has been theorized to made of agony because of here, and it's very likely. In the book, he doesn't look like Toy Bonnie because Toy Bonnie isn't here, whereas in FNAF 2, Toy Bonnie is there. Meaning Shadow Bonnie is likely the agony of the DCI.
Difference from Games:
-He does not look like Toy Bonnie, only in the illustration but not in the graphic novel.
-It's likely multiple Shadow Bonnie's exist, and this is a different one.

Short Bio:
Shadow Bonnie is an agony creature. He is created out of Toby's anger after he loses the Bonnie Hide and Seek game. Shadow Bonnie attaches himself onto people who have anger and doesn't let them go until they're not angry anymore.

In the third story, there is a Bonnie Hide and Seek game where you have to try to find Bonnie around the map. Toby decides to play it. Unfortunately, he keeps losing and he's terrible at it, so he gets mad and destroys the attraction. After this, all of Toby's rage, combined with the Bonnie game, manifested into Shadow Bonnie, who attached himself on his back. Toby tries anything to get rid of it but nothing works. Reggie can somehow see it, and Tabitha believes what Toby thinks he sees so he's relieved to know he has some allies. They are unsure how to help though. Eventually, he just keeps getting angrier and the spirit keeps growing too. His brother at one point, notices how angry he is and apologizes to him and says that "he wins." Toby decides to see if that will work on the Bonnie, so he goes to the mirror and says he wins, and he disappears. BUT, Toby didn't learn anything. He goes back to Freddy's, and the hide and seek game, and he continues playing the game and says that Bonnie loses, and so Shadow Bonnie attacks him and he falls into a sharp object in the attraction. Toby takes that as him winning since he TECHNICALLY did find Bonnie, Shadow Bonnie. ALSO, because Shadow Bonnie was on his back, Toby fell on his back so it can stab Shadow Bonnie and then him.
