Short Bio:

Vera is Billy's mom. She is always paranoid and puts on a fake smile, it seems like she may be losing herself the more Billy ages and continues to be an animatronic. She's hopeful and tends to anything he needs. Before all this, she was just an average mom.

Vera is in the 3rd story. She first appears watching TV with her husband and Billy, watching the Freddy show Billy likes. Billy sings with the characters and says that he is an animatronic, his parents play along with it and it lasts until the next day. He even pretends to be one at school. A few days go by and Billy is still saying he is an animatronic. His parents are starting to get worried and his classmates all make fun of him and he loses his friends. He just keeps getting worse as the years go by. When Billy turns 9, his dad leaves him and his mom because his mom refuses to get help. When Billy was 3, he was put into a hospital for an unspecified reason, and his mom doesn't want to put him anywhere again. When Billy turns 13, he drops out of school, he also tells his mom he can only eat white food now. This upsets his mom because it's hard enough already, now she has to deal with that too. When Billy says he's dropping out of school, Vera gets hope thinking he's finally gonna end this facade, but when he tells her what he wanted, she gets sad again. When Billy turns 18, his only "friends" are his mom and his doctor, Alice Lingstrom. One morning, Billy looks for his mom as breakfast isn't ready. He finds her dead in the bathtub, it's likely she either drowned herself, took some pills, or both. He calls 911 and they take her away, and they leave Billy there. Before she died, she left something for Billy showing everything he'll need to survive on his own. She had told Billy to open it if she is dead.
