Short Bio:

Faz-Goo is a substance that Fazbear Entertainment made for an unexplained reason. It is a part of the Freddy Fazbear Mad Science Kit. The "child friendly" reason for it is unknown. But the eerie reason for it is that it takes over someone and becomes them, and once it becomes someone, the other person dies. For Chris and his classmates, they put their tooth on the goo and the procedure starts. As for Jack, it is unknown why it came for him and what became of Jack afterwards, implied to have died though.

Fazbear Frights #7:

In the third story, Faz-Goo is part of the science experiment in Chris' class. Dr. Little gives every student one box of it, and everyone becomes a clone and turns into a blob, while their clones walk off to live their lives in their place. Chris, Brooke, Malcolm, and San all got clones but only Brooke and Chris' clones were shown. Chris thought, since his clone is now taking his place, he should tell him everything he should know. Seeing as every student is implied to have done this, it's possible the experiment MADE THEM say it, or put the exact same thought in their heads. The clones don't seem to be aware that they're evil or anything, as Chris' clone seems confused at first when Chris tells him about his life, mostly that he has to play with a "porkchop." (Porkchop is his dog). He then walks away and tells Dr. Little that he told him everything.

Fazbear Frights #8:

Faz-Goo is not in this book. The whole gumdrop situation is similar though, but not related...well, except that they were both made by Fazbear Entertainment.

Fazbear Frights #9:

The Faz-Goo returns in this book and attacks Jack. After Jack survives the Puppet Carver thing, the goo chases after him, and the next day, Jack is all happy, because now he's a clone. It's....a little weird because at the end, Sage finds Jack's organs inside the puppet carver, despite Jack saying he survived. So unless it was all an imagination? But why would the goo imagine itself chasing down Jack? Unknown. Unless I misunderstood the book and someone can comment below.
