Short Bio:
The Phantoms are animatronics that Hudson hallucinates while at Fazbear Frights. In the games he hallucinates Freddy, Chica, Foxy, Mangle, Marionette and Balloon Boy, but here he only hallucinates Chica. It's possible that, while not shown in the game, his hallucinations alter from time to time, which is maybe why Chica may have a beak sometimes but not other times.

While the other phantoms don't appear, Hudson mentions that he does not wish to see the Marionette in its full body. And at one point, he sees statues of the characters, and they start to move, which he is hallucinating. It's never said who they are, but if we go by FNAF 3, they could just be the same ones, and possibly a Bonnie too. At one point, Hudson is crawling through the vents and Chica grabs him, she uses Faith's voice so that he may come to her, but it just freaks him out. He manages to escape her though and he doesn't appear again. Near the end of the book, he tries escaping but some toys stop him from leaving, they could be considered "phantom toys" I suppose.
