-The illustration gives her a different design, despite her mom saying she was taken wearing a purple dress. 

-She doesn't seem to have a dog. There's this "Gretchen" doll instead. 

-Susie is said to have brown hair despite having blonde hair in every other iteration and in the illustration.

Short Bio:

Susie is one of the MCI kids. She went missing in 1985 after she was lured away and murdered by William Afton. Her soul went on to possess Chica and she got split in two. Her innocence is outside Chica and takes the form of herself, and her anger is inside of Chica. Susie is a very cheerful person and likes to imagine things, she also trusts people easily, which her mother thinks is why she was so easy to lure. She is the only MCI to get her own story, or, kid in general. Unless you want to count Andrew in The Man in Room 1280. 

Fazbear Frights #1:

Susie appears as one of the missing kids sitting with a party hat that Oswald sees.

Fazbear Frights #4:

Susie appears in Coming Home. In this story, she is wandering around her house trying to get her sister's attention, but she keeps ignoring her. Susie tries to speak to her mom when she walks into her room too, but her mom just cries. She wonders why she's acting differently, but then it is revealed that Susie isn't physically there. Susie had already died and her spirit is roaming her house. As the story goes on, Susie doesn't seem to realize she isn't actually there, as she keeps talking to them, and even goes on car rides with them, and simply gets annoyed but shrugs it off whenever people don't respond to her. At one point, Samantha realizes Susie has unfinished business, she wants her doll that her and Susie always fought over. Problem is, Susie hid it somewhere before she died, so Samantha has a hard time finding it. While looking for it, Chica enters the house and follows Samantha, and Susie urges her to run. Samantha eventually gets the doll and gives it to Susie, who she can now see. After this, Susie and Chica walk away.
