Frailty:
Jessica works in a hospital and helps others with her special ability, but she is mysterious and hides her past. What lies behind her is a mystery.
Lally's Game:
Although being the name of the book, it's the second story. Cade and Selena move into a new home and Selena questions the mysterious trunk Cade hides, and his past with the animatronic, Lally from many years ago.
Under Construction:
Maya wants to have a perfect birthday in the AR experience at the PizzaPlex. But she sneaks in when she sees it's not ready yet. She then gets trapped in the game in a universe not like her own. Everyone keeps getting cancer and dying, and there are weird babies being born who look like jelly people.

Endings (Spoilers):
Frailty- Jessica uses her last bit of life to save a dying girl she befriended, she succeeds but turns into gears, bolts, and trash after the process.
Lally's Game- Selena is killed and stuffed into the chest by Lally, and Cade gets a new wife who will likely also fall into the hands of Lally.
Under Construction- Maya is attacked by the jelly people, waiting to die, but death never comes to her. She is in the game still.
Epilogue:
In this epilogue, we are shown construction workers working under the FNAF 6 location, picking up trash and endo's and other objects left behind, and they're building the PizzaPlex on top of it. When the animatronic arrive, Gil activates one in particular to help him clean up the mess and take apart endo's all around the place, it works...but it listens way to well.
