Tag-Along Freddy is the second mini Freddy after Lonely Freddy. He is the Fazbear Frights character to have 3 different designs. The main book cover, the graphic novel cover, and the graphic novel. Tag-Along Freddy is a plushie with a speaker in it meant to look after children. He comes with a watch so he can message parents about how their kid is doing.

One day, Robert takes Tyler to the store and he wants a Tag-Along Freddy. Robert decides to buy it for him because Tyler is a Freddy fan. It works out great and Tyler is even allowed to bring it to daycare. One day, he leaves Tyler in the front yard, and he forgot the watch inside so he goes and gets it, when he comes back out, Tyler is gone, the front gate is opened, and a van passes by his house. All that was left was the Freddy. Robert keeps the Freddy and is angered at it because it didn't protect his son. The Freddy tells him he should go to the cliffs throughout the book, and Robert gets mad thinking it's telling him to jump off the cliffs. Robert eventually burns the Freddy out of anger and annoyance. The Freddy continues to tell him to go to the cliffs. Robert decides to listen to it but throw IT off the cliffs and so he does. When he's about to leave, he finds Tyler trapped in between rocks, and it turned out Tyler left the house when he followed a dog. Robert gets him out and they both go home. Turns out Tag-Along Freddy wasn't even evil, possessed, or anything. It was simply telling him where his son was, which was what he was programmed to do.
