-Some fans have said that Pete is similar to Michael, since he bullies his brother by bringing him to scare him with an animatronic. And in the logbook, Michael says he has a habit of chewing gum, which is something Pete has a habit of doing too.

Short Bio:
Pete Dinglewood is a teenager who doesn't like his brother. He is your typical teenager. He hates everything around him and gets angry a lot. He's also stubborn since he doesn't listen to Chuck when he tells him he may be cursed.

Pete appears in the first story of this book. In this book, Pete is annoyed that he has to bring his brother, Chuck, and his friends to Freddy's. He overhears that Foxy is being repaired in the backroom, so Pete takes Chuck to Foxy to scare him. He runs away, but Pete accidentally activates Foxy. When Foxy activates, he tells Pete that to be a pirate, he has to lose and eye and an arm. Pete thinks nothing of it. But as the days go by, he almost stabbed his eye with a small knife in biology class, and then his arm gets cut by a blade that construction workers lost a hold of. Later on, Pete goes fishing with his dad, and a fish hook gets stuck on near his eye by another fisher far away, he manages to get it off. Chuck suggests Foxy may have cursed him, but Pete doesn't believe him, he says that there's a pattern and that his arm is next. When Pete goes to an event at school, pirate themed, he gets pranked by something he has to stick his arm in. He thinks this is a sign his arm WILL get hurt. He runs home and calls Chuck that he was right, but he wasn't looking where he was going so he gets hit by a truck. Pete wakes up, thinking he survived, but he didn't. But because of the Foxy curse, he won't die until he loses an eye and an arm. Earlier in the story, his mom said he signed them all up to be organ donors. Since Pete was now dead, he was able to witness the doctors take out his eye and his arm, unable to do anything. Basically he started possessing his own body. As the doctors take his eye and arm off, he finally dies.

Pete appears in the epilogue for this book in one of Larson's visions. Larson appears in the surgery room Pete was in and sees him, and he sees that Eleanor is pinning him down so that he can't move. Larson tries to save him but fails.
