Short Bio:

HAPPS is a helpful robot who helps around Freddy's Fortress at the Pizzaplex. He can fix things and also helps lost kids. He isn't alive, he's meant to be nice and helpful, but when he's broken, while having good intentions, he now looks too creepy. Jace implies HAPPS may be resentful because they broke him. Jace says he feels bad for breaking him and that he might want revenge. It's possible that's true too since the other Glamrocks are sentient.

Tales from the PizzaPlex #2:

HAPPS appears in the second story of this book, which is the title name of the whole book. Aiden and Jace go inside Freddy's Fortress to let out some steam. In the Fortress, they meet HAPPS and he asks them if they're lost. At first, Aiden and Jace encounter it and they tell him they're fine and he leaves them. The next time they see him, they're trying to break down a barrier that HAPPS put up, but HAPPS won't leave them alone so they break it and throw it. They manage to get into the closed off area but then they get trapped. They are like, within the game now, they can see kids on the other side of the wall. The mirrors HAPPS put up look like mirrors on the outside but windows on the inside. Aiden and Jace spend the whole book trying desperately to get out of there. They encounter HAPPS a few times, now all broken and beat up. HAPPS' arms are now broken so instead of hands, they are blades. HAPPS tries to help the lost boys as he's programmed too, but he isn't much help. Last time, he said they told him they were fine and he left, but this time he didn't. Either because he's broken now and doesn't understand, or Jace's theory of him being resentful, is true. They try to get away from him. At one point, HAPPS catches up to them and Jace tries to get away by diving into a ball pit, HAPPS tries to grab his leg but he doesn't have arms anymore so he cuts Jace's foot completely off. It's not said what other injuries happened to him, but Aiden tries to save him and he can tell HAPPS is doing a lot more damage, but in the end, Jace bleeds out of his mouth and dies in Aiden's arms, he then leaves him behind and tries to escape. Aiden finds himself trapped, and he is stuck in a circle as HAPPS chases him and he awaits to be killed by him. With HAPPS broken, all he can say since then is "Out. With. Me." as he originally said something along the lines of, "you are lost, i will lead you out, come with me." 

Tales from the PizzaPlex #3:

H.A.P.P.S. doesn't physically appear, but when the kids are walking around the PizzaPlex at the beginning of Cleithrophobia, they see Freddy's Fortress, with a picture of H.A.P.P.S. on it.
