Sylvia appears in the third story. In this story, it is Timmy's birthday, so Sylvia buys him a Freddy mask online because he has had a recent fascination with Freddy Fazbear's. After Timmy puts the mask on, he gets possessed by Gabriel, as his spirit is still inside. How the mask got on the website and removed from Freddy himself, is unknown, Sylvia even tries to search it again and the link for it gone now. The morning after Timmy's birthday, a man shows up at his door claiming he's looking for his dog, despite having no leash with him. He also asks about Timmy's birthday, which she also thinks is weird. For days, Timmy starts acting weird. He is very monotone and tells Sylvia he won't hurt her because she's nice. He also starts liking things Timmy doesn't. While Timmy is at a sleepover, she tries to search online to see if anything like this has happened before. Sylvia takes Timmy to a doctor to see what's wrong, and Timmy draws the Freddy characters there. The doctor tells Sylvia that this is normal, which she is relieved to hear. They believe he's just dealing with trauma after the loss of his father. Sylvia is confused why he's acting like this now and never before. One night, Sylvia checks in on Timmy, and sees him talking to a mysterious shadowy figure. She goes down stairs, confused. After a creepy man shows up in Sylvia's window, she decides to take Timmy to her parents house, where they will stay until Timmy is better. Timmy becomes aggressive and attacks her dad when he sees him holding a knife. Her parents say that this may be serious and that Sylvia should consider moving back in with them for a bit. That night, Sylvia goes to check on Timmy, but he's gone and the window is open. She sees Timmy outside with a figure. When Sylvia tries to chase after them, she is stopped by Mike, who explains everything to her. She realizes he's the same man who was looking for his dog, and the man at the window. They go to Freddy's and Timmy is singing with Bonnie and Chica. Sylvia tries to save him but the Marionette wraps his tentacle like arms around her, nearly choking her. As the Marionette is distracted, Mike puts the mask back onto Timmy, trapping Gabriel's soul in the suit once more. Then, the Marionette comes down, gives life once more, and then Freddy is back on his feet. Sylvia, Mike, and Timmy run out. Sylvia questions Mike about what happened in there but Mike tells her she can't tell anyone what she saw. She laughs nervously and says who would even believe her. Then, Timmy and Sylvia go back home and everything returns to normal.
