Heather is Devon's crush. She is very popular, and when Kelsey moves to town, she has a crush on him. She doesn't like Devon, because she thinks he's weird and creepy. At one point of the story, she tags along with Devon, Mick, and Kelsey to go to the new hangout Kelsey found.
