When Nole's friend, Sam supposedly gets hit by a train, he keeps being haunted by the Blackbird. 

The Real Jake:

Jake is a boy with cancer who can't do much, but with his imagination, he can be the real Jake again. 

Hide and Seek:

Toby Billings hates losing and will do anything to beat his older brother, so he tries the new Hide and Seek game at Freddy's, but after losing, his hate turns into something terrible.

Endings (Spoilers):

Blackbird- After apologizing to the girl Nole wronged, he comes back and sees that Sam is alive and well, and the Blackbird is gone. 

The Real Jake- Before Jake is taken to the hospital, he passes away, and his soul possesses the Simon doll and he leaves. 

Hide and Seek- Toby doesn't give up and Shadow Bonnie kills him, but Toby claims he wins and thinks death was worth it. 

Epilogue:

At the end of the book, there is an epilogue. This epilogue shows Larson about to attack the Stitchwraith. Andrew wants to kill him so that he doesn't stop their plan to save others, but Jake stops him because he can't just kill someone to save others. No killing basically. Jake and Andrew's souls begin to be set free, but something grabs Andrew, and Jake tries pulling him out. It is revealed William Afton was in the suit with them the whole time and he comes out. Larson can do nothing but watch. Andrew disappears and the Stitchwraith falls into some garbage chute. Larson thinks that's that, and he confirms the Stitchwraith is dead...however, trash begins to pile up and behind him, a giant Afton trash monster forms.
