Short Bio:
The Stitchwraith is an urban legend. He has been sighted many times by residents. He is a doll with a cloak. He originated from Jake's Simon doll. His name is the title for the epilogues; "Stitchwraith Stringers." The Stitchwraith doesn't have much of a personality, as its just an extension of Jake.
Fazbear Frights #1:
The Stitchwraith is mentioned by Larson, where the investigation starts.
Fazbear Frights #2:
In the epilogue, the Stitchwraith appears collecting the Plushtrap Chaser from the train tracks.
Fazbear Frights #3:
The Stitchwraith is not in this book.
Fazbear Frights #4:
In the epilogue for this book, Jake and Andrew speak to each other in an unknown thing. This is where it's revealed who's inside the Stitchwraith.
Fazbear Frights #5:
In the epilogue, the Stitchwraith walks around the place, and Jake does regular things like water some flowers, which confuses Andrew. Jake pretty much ignores Andrew this entire time. Jake at one point leaves Andrew alone in it, but he returns to it.
Fazbear Frights #6:
This story shows the origins of the Stitchwraith. Every night, Jake pretends to go to sleep, and when Margie leaves the room, he speaks to his cabinet. Or rather, what's in the cabinet. Inside the cabinet is his friend, Simon. Simon shows up every night and asks Jake what he did. When Jake mentions some treatments he did and other at home things, Simon asks him what the REAL Jake did. "The Real Jake" is what Jake considers his old self to be. Before the cancer. He then tells Simon things he didn't actually do, but pretends he does. From rolling in the grass, or playing with the neighborhood kids, he can do whatever he wants as the Real Jake. It is revealed later that Simon is actually a doll with a microphone, and that his father is the one talking to him, but with a child's voice filter, as his dad thinks it's easier for Jake to open to someone his age. Margie is tasked with designing the doll. When Jake says he rolls around the grass, she paints green on him, when Jake says he stood up to a school bully, she draws a black eye on Simon. By extension, the doll is meant to be Jake. Unfortunately, Jake's dad passes away, so that night, he waits for Margie to leave as always but Margie tells him Simon isn't coming tonight, which makes Jake sad. At the end of the boook, Jake passes away. Nobody notices the cabinet was opened and Simon was gone. It is revealed here that Simon is the Stitchwraith and Jake possessed him. In the epilogue, Larson tries to fend off the Stitchwraith. From Larson's POV, the Stitchwraith seems to be going nuts and some weird thing is happening to it. After all that, Larson concludes that the Stitchwraith is dead, but he is sorely mistaken.
Fazbear Frights #7:
In the epilogue for this book, Jake gets attacked by Eleanor and she gets the agony out of him, which Jake didn't even know he had. He then tries to save Larson from the Agony creature, but he doesn't know how he can. After a long battle between Larson and Agony, Larson has been stabbed. Jake realizes he can help him, and after he does, by burning his skin to heal the wound, he tries to tell Larson he won't hurt him, but Larson doesn't hear him. So he hears sirens and knows he won't be portrayed as a good guy so he leaves.
Fazbear Frights #8:
In this epilogue, Larson wonders if the Stitchwraith is actually a good guy, and not the enemy. Meanwhile, Jake wanders the streets alone. He misses Andrew and is sad that he is alone. When Jake goes up to a homeless man, he can feel his memories, first the happy ones, then the bad ones. After this, he hears two men coming towards him so he hides away in a building. In this building, he sees a girl laying on a bed, and she looks thirsty, so Jake tries to get her a drink. He then tries to warm her up with his cloak. The two men from the alley come in and think the Stitchwraith is just a costume. Jake won't move. He even puts his arms crossed in an attempt to look tough and intimidating, this doesn't work and the guys try attacking the girl, but Jake picks one man up and throws him out the window, and then he throws the other guy too. He then picks up the girl and takes him with her. He finds a place to hide, and sits down more scared than he's ever felt in his life, and even more scared now that there was footsteps on the roof.
Fazbear Frights #9:
In this epilogue, the Stitchwraith is more Jake this time around. Renelle speaks to Jake and she can hear him, so Jake speaks as Jake, and doesn't feel like he's being treated like a monster anymore.
Fazbear Frights #10:
In the 10th epilogue, Jake says he will help find Renelle's father, and Renelle follows him. They arrive at Dr. Talbert's house. Jake realizes Dr. Talbert has a daughter with curly black hair, but Renelle's hair is brown. Renelle then reveals herself to be Eleanor. When Larson arrives at the house, he sees the Stitchwraith and Eleanor there. Eleanor smiles at him and he draws a gun at him, and tries to shoot, but he gets knocked out. Jake remains standing there unsure on what is happening. Eleanor transforms into Renelle once again and stabs herself to frame Jake, and so Dr. Talbert shoots Jake and Jake falls. Eleanor wants his remnant, which Dr. Talbert says he'll use to help Renelle. But her disguise fails and she transforms back into Eleanor, and she attacks them both.
Fazbear Frights #11:
In this epilogue, he's mostly just laying around. But he manages to build up is strength and stop Eleanor. He traps her in his cloak until she dies. 2 weeks later, Jake saves the REAL Renelle and takes her to a hospital, then Jake goes to an abandoned pizzeria and dumps Eleanor in the ball pit. He then jumps in himself. Jake is now the Stitchwraith no more, and he turns into his human self again, or rather, his ghost human self.
Fazbear Frights #12:
The Stitchwraith is not in this book.
