Short Bio:

Gabriel is the spirit who possesses Freddy Fazbear. Not much is known about him, but this is the most we ever know about him compared to the games and the movie. We know he's monotone, but that's possibly because he's a dead ghost boy. He cares about his friends and implies he tries to protect them. Gabriel also really likes spaghetti wheels, hates baths and prefers showers, and he hates salad. He's also traumatized and snaps when he sees a knife. Gabriel also likes to sing like Timmy. He also shows being aggressive and a typical whiny kid when Sylvia won't get him spaghetti wheels. It's possible Gabriel saw a second chance at life when he possessed Timmy as he just started Timmy's usual things like going to sleepovers, having dinner, etc. but he's a little creepy. 

Fazbear Frights #1:

Gabriel appears in into the pit, only the back of him. He is with the other 5 kids, dead and wearing a party hat.

Gabriel is not in this book. But since Devon went to a location with Golden Freddy, and Freddy appears, that was technically him sitting there.

Gabriel is not in this book. But he's indirectly mentioned by Jeannie when Patricia blames herself for encouraging Susie to have an imagination and be so easily lured, but reminds her not all the kids were like Susie.

Gabriel himself doesn't appear physically, but he's the main antagonist of the third story. In this story, it is Timmy's birthday, so Sylvia buys him a Freddy mask online because he has had a recent fascination with Freddy Fazbear's. After Timmy puts the mask on, he gets possessed by Gabriel, as his spirit is still inside. How the mask got on the website and removed from Freddy himself, is unknown. For days, Timmy starts acting weird. He is very monotone and tells Sylvia he won't hurt her because she's nice. He also starts liking things Timmy doesn't, meaning Gabriel possessed someone he probably wouldn't even like lol. Gabriel seems excited to be alive again, as he tells Sylvia he's gonna stay up all night while at his friend's house. Timmy also doesn't know what some newer technology is when he hangs out with his friend, Miles, because Gabriel was born in 1978. Gabriel comes back to his house and tells Sylvia Miles was boring and then he goes to sleep. Sylvia takes Timmy to a doctor to see what's wrong, and Timmy draws the Freddy characters there. After a creepy man shows up in Sylvia's window, she decides to take Timmy to her parents house, where they will stay until Timmy is better. When they eat dinner, her dad is about to cut Timmy's steak so Gabriel attacks him and says, "don't hurt Timmy!" It is unknown if Gabriel (now Timmy), is speaking in the third person, or if Gabriel is trying to protect Timmy. He does not want to be hurt again. After this, he mentions someone had a knife to and that he has to protect the others. That night, Timmy goes to sleep but he sneaks out after a mysterious figure lures him out. It's the Marionette taking Gabriel back home. When Sylvia tries to chase after them, she is stopped by Mike, who explains everything to her. They go to Freddy's and Timmy is singing with Bonnie and Chica. Mike puts the mask back onto Timmy, trapping Gabriel's soul in the suit once more. Then, the Marionette comes down, gives life once more, and then Freddy is back on his feet.
