Short Bio:

Robert is a single dad who was to raise his son by himself ever since his wife passed away from child birth. He is a very moody man after his wife died and doesn't have many friends so he can go out and have a fun time after work. He says his only reason for living is his son.

Robert appears in the first story. In this book, he is overworked and always looking after his son, Tyler, after his wife died. He lives by the Cliffs, which is considered creepy because people jump off there. One day, he takes Tyler to the store and he wants a Tag-Along Freddy, who is meant to keep an eye on his son and he has a watch where Freddy can send messages to him. This works out fine at first and Robert considers it the best thing that's happened to him. But one day, he leaves Tyler in the front yard, and he forgot the watch inside so he goes and gets it, when he comes back out, Tyler is gone, the front gate is opened, and a van passes by his house. He calls the police and he believes he was kidnapped. He gets mad at the Freddy plush for not protecting his son, even though it can't do anything. The Freddy tells Robert he should go to the cliffs. Robert gets angry at it thinking it wants him to jump off. It keeps telling him to go there and he eventually gets mad and burns it. It still tells him to go to the cliffs. He decides to actually go there, but then he throws it off the cliffs. When he's about to leave, he finds Tyler trapped in between rocks, and it turned out Tyler left the house when he followed a dog. Robert gets him out and they both go home.
