Sebastian stayed true to his promise that fucking Rosie in his office would not be the last time.
They had created some unspoken agreement that they would meet up after work under the guise of doing work, but instead he'd simply rail her in every spare inch of the room as possible.
His desk, the chair, against the small window, against the bookcase, even the floor.
They had decided that the two of them in a relationship was bad, both of their older sisters had agreed upon such and were going to such great lengths to ensure that didn't happen. But surely there was nothing wrong with two friends merely helping each other satiate each others sexual needs? Especially when they knew they were so compatible in the bedroom.
And they mostly stayed tight-lipped about their extra-curricular activities, Sebastian telling Anne it was Rosie's fathers case he was working on so late at night and that he was jogging home to get some exercise in, that's why he was so sweaty and dishevelled when he arrived home at 11pm.
Rosie threw Isabelle a similar story, she was working on dads case. Though Isabelle never really understood why she was going through so many pairs of stockings, finding them in the trash every week.
"Rosie," Isabelle beamed, bursting into Rosie's bedroom, "We're going to go out for dinner tomorrow, can you finish work on time for once?"
Rosie placed down the book she was reading to herself when her sister barged in so abruptly.
"Why? We never go to dinner."
"Can't a girl take her sister to dinner?"
Rosie narrowed her eyes, "Sure. But... why?"
"Because you've been working so hard lately and deserve a break."
Truthfully, Rosie didn't want a break. Her "working late" was a break. She was less stressed, she was sleeping better and really, she didn't want to stop their new routine.
"I don't know..."
"If you don't agree, I'll go down there and make sure your boss knows you won't be staying back. I'll get them to drag you out of the bank if I have to."
Shit.
Well, now she had to agree. Of course, her other boss, Liam, didn't know she was staying back every night. Her favourite boss though, he was the reason she was staying back, but it certainly wasn't for anything related to their work.
"Fine."
Isabelle's face lit up and she threw Rosie a devilish grin before slamming the door shut behind her and scuttling away.
Rosie sighed, debating whether to break the news to Sebastian right there and then with a text or simply tell him at work, but in the end, she decided to wait until she saw him in person.
Rosie arrived at the bank earlier than usual the next morning, hoping to catch Sebastian before their colleagues started trickling in and risk them suspecting something untoward and just her luck, she caught him walking back from the coffee station.
"Oh, hey Rosie. You're here early," Sebastian said, his face lighting up with a smile, though he appeared slightly confused at her presence.
"And I could say the same to you," Rosie replied.
Sebastian chuckled and agreed before handing her his coffee and back tracking to make another, despite Rosie's insistence she could simply make one herself.
"I need to talk to you about something," Rosie said, leaning back against the wall while Sebastian made himself another coffee.
"Hm?" Sebastian hummed, interest piqued as he peered up at her from pouring the boiling water.
