Hello, definitely didn't accidentally reupload a chapter from the other day.

George POV.

"Stop touching me." I swatted away the hand that had been running through my hair. It was likely one of my annoying roommates, bothering me while I was in the middle of a peaceful sleep. "And get out of my room."
"I would." The voice responded. "But you are in my room Georgie."

My eyes opened and I spotted Dream to my left, sitting up and pulling his hand from my hair to sit on his lap. Being able to look up and see him there reminded me of what had happened earlier. It made me blush lovingly.

"Morning." He formally greeted me, with a smile that looked as though it belonged to a supermodel. Then again he was a supermodel, or at least he should be.
"Good morning." I responded, although from one glance out the window it seemed much later in the day, perhaps late afternoon.

I took a few long moments to admire him, since he truly was beautiful. Maybe it was just the fact that we were soulmates but I swear that I could see him sparkle in the light. Even after rubbing my eyes the glow seemed to linger on him. His mouth moved, saying something that I wasn't paying attention to as I admired him.

"Huh?" I asked, rubbing my eyes as I continued to admire him.
My expression caused him to chuckle, and that in turn made me blush. "I was asking if you were hungry, darling." The nickname didn't help with my blush, making me even worse. "God, you are so cute." He sweetly added.

"I… um…" I cut myself off, moving a hand to rub at my face to cook myself down. "I… I guess that I could have something to eat." My voice remained low. The blond wordlessly nodded and passed me over a bottle of water and a bag of chips. "Thanks so much, Dream." My voice was low and I began sipping on the water.

He just watched me as I ate, causing me to shift awkwardly. The way he watched me made me feel so vulnerable in front of him, as though he could see every inch of me, every insecurity that I had. Well I guess he has seen every insecurity when he saw me naked earlier. That however didn’t make me feel any better.

"Are you okay?" I glanced over, seeing Dream looking lovingly at me.
"Yes… I'm fine." I gave a nod. My hands moved to hold one another under the covers. It was annoying how he had a loving gaze that looked right through me.

Dream POV.

I was watching George eat, studying his beautiful face and beautiful body. He was wrapped up in one of my softest hoodies and sweatpants, when I looked closely I could even see some marks I'd left. He was so perfect, and he was destined to be mine. Honestly that was the most amazing thing I'd ever been told.

But as I watched him I noticed that he seemed tense, anxious, upset. He was difficult to read and so I leaned closer. "Are you okay?" I asked him.
He looked over at me, with the most beautiful eyes I'd ever seen. A sorrowful gaze which he tried to cover up. "Yes… I'm fine." He attempted to reassure me.

I shifted closer, something that he noticed as he tensed up. "I can tell you aren't." My voice was a low whisper, hand moving to brush the side of his face. He leaned into me with a small sigh and I caressed the side of his face.

The way he leaned into me made me think that maybe he wanted to tell me, but he didn't. "Please." I kept my voice low, continuing to stroke the side of his face.
"I'm sorry." He whispered, his voice high and guilt-filled. "I'm so sorry."

A tear rolled down his face, making me worry. Had I done something wrong? Had I made him upset? Was it because of the sex? Or the snack choice? Or perhaps he was upset about the fact we were soulmates? My thoughts ran wild with fears and anxieties that I had been responsible for this state.

"Sorry for what? You've done nothing wrong darling?" The pet name made him hesitate, wiping the lone tear away before looking towards me.
"I just… you are so perfect." He told me. The small words made me beam with pride yet he continued to whisper with sorrow. “And I’m just…”

He shuddered out a breath, feeling cautious. That sound was so sad that I wanted to just hold him right now. Yet I didn’t since it was clear he wasn’t wanting at this moment. “You are just as perfect as I am.” I reassured him.

“No I’m not.” He attempted, not that I’d listen to him. “I am not…” He was cut off as I connected our lips in a kiss, and he let out a whine of shock before basically melting into me. Cautiously his arms moved to wrap around mine. When our lips pulled apart he continued to hold me, and I smiled lovingly at him.

“You are one of the most attractive people I’ve ever seen.” I told him. “I’ve found you beautiful since the day I first laid eyes on you.” I assured him, laying the brunette back down on the bed and kissing at him as he blushed. “And your voice I’ve always thought was melodic. Plus your humour, you are so fucking funny.”

I moved to kiss him, our lips easily slotting against one another, as though they were destined to be interlocked together. He continued to let out small noises of pleasure, noises that I found so attractive I wanted to have sex with him again, but I didn’t want to right now. All that I needed to do was bring him comfort.

“Do you really mean that?” He asked, and the look that he had was absolutely adorable, all that I could do was swallow and give a small nod. I waited patiently, seeing the thoughts running through his mind at what I said. He was searching for something to say before eventually letting out a whisper. “Thanks Dream.”

“Of course.” I nodded. “I could never lie to you George. And I am so thankful that I have the chance to be here with you.” He and I moved around after saying that. I ended up laying on the bed with him laying on my chest. The brunette hugged me happily, calming himself down after his panic from earlier.

“Maybe we should get up.” He hummed after a while, although not moving as he laid against me. “Techno, Sapnap, and Karl might be back soon.”
“Oh… they got back a while ago.” I explained, and his eyes widened with a gasp.

“They’re back!” In a panic he sat himself up, and I suspected that he’d want to leave to go and find them and act natural. Instead after a few moments he calmed himself again with a deep breath. “We… we can go see them later.” He hesitated for a moment. “I like laying here for now.”
“I like that too.” I smiled, running my fingers through his hair.
