Hoseok lay on the bed, anxiety churning in his stomach as the doctor continued to ask him a series of questions. The six brothers had finally called for medical help, growing increasingly irritated with Hoseok's unusual behavior. His nausea, vomiting, and overall listlessness were starting to become too much to ignore.

The doctor, who had been frowning throughout the questioning, made Hoseok more anxious with each passing second. This was the second time the doctor had visited. The first time, he had simply taken some tests, saying he wanted to confirm something after hearing Hoseok's symptoms.

"Are you sexually active?" the doctor suddenly asked, breaking the tense silence.

Hoseok let out a bitter laugh. "I don't have a choice," he responded. "I'm forced to have sex almost every day."

The doctor said nothing, his eyes betraying his discomfort with the situation. He was far too scared of the six notorious brothers to comment on Hoseok's obvious distress.

He nodded slowly, taking a deep breath before continuing. "Hoseok, your condition is a rare one. It rarely happens with men."

Hoseok's brow furrowed in confusion. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

The doctor hesitated, looking at Hoseok with a sympathetic expression. He knew the news wasn't going to be received well, even though it was supposed to be a miracle of sorts.

"Hoseok, you're pregnant."

The words felt like a sledgehammer to Hoseok's chest. He felt his world collapsing around him. Cold sweat broke out on his forehead, and his hands began to shake uncontrollably as he tried to process what he had just heard.

"No," Hoseok whispered, shaking his head in disbelief. "I'm a man. I can't get pregnant. It's impossible."

The doctor shook his head gently. "You're one of the rare men who can give birth."

Hoseok's mind raced. Could his life get any worse? Having a baby in this situation was unimaginable. The horror of not even knowing who the father was among the six brothers made him feel sick to his stomach. The thought of carrying a child that was a product of his torment and torture was too much to bear.

He started to cry, his eyes tightly shut as he placed a trembling hand over his mouth, trying to muffle the sounds of his sobs. The doctor placed a hand on his shoulder, attempting to offer some comfort, but Hoseok was inconsolable.

"The brothers will be happy to know they're having a child," the doctor said gently. "You don't need to worry about that."

Hoseok's head snapped up, panic flooding his eyes. He grabbed the doctor's hand, his grip desperate. "Please," he begged, his voice cracking. "Please don't tell them. I don't want those bastards to know about this. Please."

The doctor hesitated. He knew the danger of withholding such crucial information from the brothers. His life would be at risk if they ever found out. But the look in Hoseok's eyes—pleading, broken—made him agree.

"What will you do?" the doctor asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Hoseok looked down, his tears falling freely now. "I don't know," he said softly, his voice filled with despair.

The doctor nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. He stood up, gathering his things. "I'll take my leave now," he said, his voice tight with emotion.

As soon as the doctor left, Hoseok broke down completely, his cries echoing through the room. He didn't want this baby—a constant reminder of his pain, torment, and torture. He didn't want a baby that would remind him every single day of the trauma he had endured at the hands of these men.

Meanwhile, the doctor entered the brothers' office, trying to keep his composure. "Hoseok just has a stomach bug," he lied smoothly.

The brothers nodded, but then Jin suddenly asked, "Is it possible for a man to get pregnant?"

The doctor felt his heart skip a beat. He quickly shook his head, doing his best to not avoid eye contact with them, knowing it would make him look suspicious.

"No, that's not possible," the doctor replied, trying to sound as convincing as possible. He quickly excused himself, walking away as fast as he could, praying that Hoseok would find a way to hide the baby or escape before the brothers found out. If they did, both he and Hoseok would be doomed.

The door closed behind him, leaving the brothers with their thoughts and Hoseok with his broken heart and shattered future.
