54~ The Loop

One month later...

One month had passed, and Hoseok found himself in a moment of unexpected nostalgia. The park they were in now was the same one he had once desperately tried to escape from, a place now marked by both joyful and painful memories. Hoseok, surrounded by the six brothers, Lila, and Noah, couldn’t help but reflect on how much had changed. The love between them wasn't perfect, but it was real and enduring.

As Hoseok fed Noah a dessert, he chatted with the six brothers, who had rented out the entire park for the day. Lila nibbled on both her dessert and Noah's with a mischievous grin. The two siblings soon scampered off to play on the slides and other attractions.

Hoseok chuckled as he watched them, noting the brothers' insistence on buying the park instead. Despite their reluctance, they agreed when Hoseok insisted that such a gesture would disappoint the public.

Feeling Namjoon's hand intertwined with his, Hoseok smiled up at him. Namjoon returned the smile and confessed his love. Hoseok's cheeks flushed as he whispered, "I love you too." The other brothers echoed their affection, and Hoseok responded in kind, his heart swelling with warmth.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, games, and shared meals. Hoseok’s gaze occasionally wandered to his children playing happily. But suddenly, a disorienting wave of dizziness washed over him. His vision blurred, muffled voices drifted in and out, and then everything went black.

Hoseok jolted awake, disoriented and breathing heavily. He found himself in the familiar confines of his old bedroom. The walls, the bed—everything was just as he remembered. Confused, he tried to piece together how he had ended up here.

A ringing phone on his bedside table jolted him from his thoughts. He saw the caller ID read "Boss." Hesitantly, he answered, only to be met with an irate voice demanding his presence at work. "You're late!" the voice barked. Hoseok stammered, "Okay," and then muttered, "What the fuck?" Was this a dream?

Panicking, he hurried to the supermarket, only to be met by his boss with a scowl. The confusion deepened when he was led to his old spot as a cashier. This wasn’t supposed to be his reality—he had been with the brothers, with his kids, building a new life.

As Hoseok settled at his counter, he sighed in frustration, trying to make sense of his situation. When goods were placed in front of him to scan, his eyes widened in shock. Jungkook and Taehyung were standing before him, just as they had on the first day he met them.

Hoseok rushed out from behind the counter and embraced them tightly, tears stinging his eyes. "What’s happening? Where are the others? Noah and Lila?" he asked, his voice trembling.

Jungkook chuckled, a puzzled expression crossing his face. "We don’t know what you’re talking about. We just met you today."

Hoseok shook his head in disbelief. "No, you know me. We’ve been through so much together."

The brothers exchanged glances. Taehyung's smirk widened as he looked Hoseok up and down. "Well, if you’re here, how about we make you an offer?"

Hoseok’s heart sank. This was exactly like the first day he met them. Desperately, he ran a hand through his hair, trying to fend off the rising panic. What was happening? Was this a twisted chance to relive his past, but with the possibility of making different choices?

Jungkook's voice cut through his thoughts. "Do you want to be our bedmate?"

Hoseok's mind raced. He could either relive the same painful experiences or agree to the offer and hope for a less brutal reality. If he accepted, he could avoid the extreme suffering of his previous encounters, though it meant being their sexual plaything. And he could avoid getting pregnant.

Since this was all a loop, Noah and Lila didn't exist. "My babies." Hoseok sighed and wiped his tears.

Taking a deep breath, Hoseok turned around and shrugged, his voice low but resolute. "Yes."
