Hoseok slowly stood up from the hospital bed, his legs trembling as he looked at the doctor in disbelief. His voice barely a whisper, he asked, "Is this another trap? Another way to punish me?"

The doctor immediately shook his head, leaning in closer to whisper, ensuring that the brothers weren't listening in. "No, Hoseok. This isn't a trap. I just... I couldn't do it anymore. I couldn't leave you and the babies here with them."

Hoseok's heart raced, trying to comprehend the situation. "But why? Why are you helping me?"

The doctor's voice wavered as he spoke, his eyes filled with unshed tears. "The brothers... they've done so many terrible things to innocent people, including my own family. They killed my wife and child because I refused to be their private doctor. That's why I'm helping you, Hoseok. You don't deserve this suffering. They don't have remorse or guilt. They will eventually kill you... and maybe the babies too, if they get tired of you."

Hoseok felt a wave of nausea wash over him as the doctor's words sank in. His stomach churned with the horror of what he had endured and the even greater horrors these men had committed. "Why? Why are they so evil?" he whispered, barely able to voice the question.

"They aren't ordinary men, Hoseok," the doctor whispered back. "They're the most feared mafia in all of South Korea. Even the police and government are too afraid to challenge them. That's why no one has saved you. The authorities are terrified of them."

A bitter laugh escaped Hoseok's lips as he shook his head. "So, I was kidnapped by six mafia members... tortured for weeks, months. I don't even know how long I've been with them."

The doctor pulled something out of his pocket, and Hoseok gasped, eyes widening as he saw the passport. He took it with trembling hands, opening it to see his name.

"I made some arrangements," the doctor explained. "Some people I know managed to get this for you. You can go to any country you want and hide from them. They have power here, but not outside the country."

Tears welled up in Hoseok's eyes as he looked at the doctor, gratitude overwhelming him. He threw his arms around the doctor, holding him tightly. "Thank you... thank you so much. You're saving my life."

The doctor returned the hug, patting Hoseok's back. But then Hoseok tensed, pulling away slightly. "What will you do? They'll find out eventually... and they'll kill you."

"I'll find a way to escape too," the doctor replied with a sad smile. "I won't let them kill me."

Hoseok's eyes filled with concern as he pleaded, "Please be careful."

He hesitated before asking, "Can I... can I abort the babies in another country?"

The doctor gasped, his expression one of shock. "Hoseok, no. You mustn't do that. Having a baby is a gift from God."

"This isn't a gift," Hoseok murmured, shaking his head. "It's a curse. Two babies... I can't live with them. They're a reminder of everything those men did to me, how powerless I was."

The doctor placed a comforting hand on Hoseok's shoulder. "I know it's hard to see now, but once they're born, you'll love them. You'll want to protect them. And Hoseok... you're five months pregnant. If you try to abort them now, you'll die with them. They're already growing and developing."

Hoseok's eyes widened in shock. "Five months... how long have I been with them?" He didn't want to think about it, the weight of time crushing him.

"Time is running out," the doctor said, pulling Hoseok from his thoughts. "You need to catch your flight."

Hoseok gasped, "What do you mean?"

"We'll have to put on an act for the brothers," the doctor explained. "We'll make it look like you're bleeding again and need surgery immediately. From there, we'll smuggle you out through the back door. My friend, Sangho, is waiting for you outside."

"Sangho?" Hoseok repeated the name, wanting to remember it.

"Yes. He'll take you to the airport. You can choose where you want to go from there."

Hoseok thought for a moment before replying, "I want to go to France. I want to be as far away from Asia as possible."

The doctor nodded, understanding. "France it is. Now, lie down on the bed so we can start the act."

Hoseok complied, getting back onto the bed. He watched as the doctor pulled out a blood bag from his pocket, pouring the liquid onto Hoseok's thigh to make it look like he was bleeding from his privates.

"Close your eyes," the doctor instructed.

Hoseok closed his eyes, feeling the warm liquid trickling down his skin. He heard the doctor press the button beside the bed, calling for the nurses and yelling for help.

The door burst open, and Hoseok's heart pounded as he heard the brothers rush into the room, followed by the nurses. Taehyung's panicked voice filled the air. "What happened?! There's so much blood!"

The doctor ignored them, barking orders at the nurses. "Take him to the ICU! We need to perform surgery immediately, or he'll bleed out!"

Hoseok felt the bed being rolled out of the room, the wheels squeaking as they hurried down the hall. The doctor's voice echoed in his ears as he spoke to the brothers. "The babies are in danger. They might die even with the surgery."

He was lying, Hoseok knew.

The doctor quickly bowed to the brothers before leaving them standing there, speechless, as he followed Hoseok down the hall, their escape plan in motion.
