The following day, Bakugo stands at the head of a round table in his strategy room. The room displays various maps, documents, and screens showcasing the intel Rose stole from her infiltration of the high-security facility.

Bakugo begins explaining the mission plan, pointing to the maps.

"Alright, the intel Rose grabbed from the facility gives us a chance to disrupt their supply chain and gather intel on their communications. We hit multiple targets, draw their attention, and use the chaos to infiltrate their main communication hub."

He looks around at the group.

"We're going to need everyone to play their part perfectly. No screw-ups."

Rose leans forward, studying the team's reactions and curious about how the others usually operate.

"Before we dive in too deep...I've been here a few days now, but I still don't know everyone's exact roles in the group. How do we usually handle things around here?"

Everyone looks a bit surprised that she's asking. Bakugo raises an eyebrow but doesn't interrupt, curious to see how the others explain their roles.

Kirishima grins, "Well, that's a good question! I'm the tank, I guess. I'm usually up front, dealing with the heavy hitters or anyone who needs to be kept busy while the rest of the team handles the mission."

Rose nods, "Makes sense, with your hardening quirk. You'd be the shield."

Kaminari smirks, "And I'm the guy who fries all the electronics and messes with enemy comms. I take care of any tech stuff we need, and I'm pretty good in a fight too. Plus, I provide the entertainment, obviously."

Rose chuckles, "Obviously, Sparky. Got it."

Sero adds, "I'm the mobility guy. I handle grappling, traversal, and tying down enemies. My tape can be pretty versatile – whether it's pulling someone out of danger or catching a runaway hero, I've got it covered. I'm also usually in a support role, helping out wherever I'm needed."

Rose smiles, "So, you're the one who keeps everyone moving and handles crowd control. Makes sense."

Bakugo watches her closely, noting how she's taking it all in, analyzing everyone's roles like pieces on a chessboard. He crosses his arms, his tone neutral but firm.

"And I lead. I coordinate the missions, handle strategy, and make sure everyone does their damn job. I'm usually the one who takes out the main threats or leads direct assaults when needed."

Rode nods, a small smile playing on her lips.

"Figures. I've seen you in action on the news. You're good at it."

She pauses, then adds, "I guess I'm still trying to figure out where I fit in, but I think my quirk makes me a pretty good option for stealth ops or for neutralizing specific targets. I can take down anyone who gets too close, drain them, and keep moving."

Kirishima pitches in, "Sounds like a plan! You're like our ace in the hole – perfect for those situations where we need someone out of commission without too much noise."

Kaminari teases, "Yeah, just keep your hands to yourself, okay? Don't want to end up unconscious by accident!"

Rose laughs, "No promises, Sparky. But I'll try my best."

Bakugo remains focused.

"Alright, enough chit-chat, dammit. Let's focus on the mission. Kirishima, you're upfront, keeping the main forces busy. Kaminari, you'll handle tech – fry their comms and security systems. Sero, you're on crowd control and extraction. I'll be with Rose, infiltrating the communication hub and getting what we need. Everyone clear?"

The team nods in unison and disperses to gather their gear. Rose and Kaminari continue their playful banter while suiting up, Sero jokes with Kirishima about their roles, and Bakugo observes everyone from the side, still contemplating how the mission will play out.

Kaminari nudges Rose as they gear up, "You know, for someone who's new here, you're really fitting in. I mean, asking about our roles, finding the best way to aid in missions, it's almost like you're trying to become a teacher's pet."

Rose laughs, "Teacher's pet? Please. I just want to make sure I know what everyone's capable of. Makes it easier to plan and avoid surprises."

Sero joins in, "Smart move, Rose. Knowing everyone's strengths and weaknesses is half the battle. And hey, if you ever want to trade notes on how to annoy Bakugo, I've got plenty of tips."

Kirishima grins, "You guys better not get too comfortable. Bakugo might be intense, but he knows what he's doing. Stick with him, and you'll learn a lot."

Bakugo, overhearing the conversation, frowns slightly. He's impressed by Rose's initiative but also feels a twinge of irritation at how easily she bonds with the others. He decides to break up the chatter.

"Alright, enough. We've got a damn mission to prep for. Get moving."
