After the latest confrontation with Bakugo, Rose sits alone in her room, staring at her phone. She's frustrated, not with Bakugo, but with Todoroki's continued attempts to reach her. It's clear now that his persistence is affecting her relationship with Bakugo, and she's had enough.
She scrolls through the messages from Todoroki, her frustration growing. "This isn't worth it," she thinks. She taps on Todoroki's contact and presses the "Block" button without hesitation. She feels a sense of relief wash over her, knowing this will finally stop the messages. "I don't need this drama, and Bakugo doesn't either."
The team heads out for the mission, moving through the hero agency under the cover of night. Their objective is to secure critical intel stored in a high-security vault. Things are going smoothly, but as they make their way through the facility, a minor hiccup occurs—a sudden alarm sounds, forcing them to split up.
Rose moves swiftly, her heart racing as the alarm echoes through the facility. "Dammit, we need to move fast." She sticks close to Bakugo as they navigate the hallways, but the tension is palpable. They're running out of time.
Bakugo grits his teeth, irritation flaring as the mission takes a chaotic turn. "Stick close to me," he growls at her, his protectiveness kicking in again. But despite the hiccup, they manage to reach the vault, securing the file just in time before making their escape.
After the debriefing, the group disperses to their own rooms, exhausted but satisfied with the mission's success. Bakugo, however, lingers behind, curiosity gnawing at him. He grabs the file they secured from the vault, flipping it open. What he sees inside stops him cold.
Bakugo stares at the file, his eyes narrowing as he sees Rosalia's name and picture staring back at him. "What the hell?" His heart races as he reads through the sparse intel the heroes have gathered on her. They're clearly trying to piece together who she is and why she's important—to him.
Bakugo's stomach churns as he reads on, realizing how little the heroes know about her. "They don't have much... but neither do I." The thought hits him like a punch to the gut. He's been dating Rose for a little bit now, and yet, he doesn't know much about her past, her family, or what drives her.
For the first time,Bakugo feels a flicker of doubt. "How much do I really know about her?How much does she trust me?" He closes the file, his mind racing withquestions. Rosalia means more to him than anyone, but this realization makeshim wonder if they've truly scratched the surface of who they are to each other.
